My View of the KCC WORLD

The Btech in this college is based on AKTU university lucknow. So the syllabus is basically the same for all UTTAR PRADESH colleges. The curriculum is well and good. Exams are held two times during a semester once after a month and then again before the university exams to prepare students before hand. There are 2 sessionals in 1 semester and an internal exam for internal marks to be provided. The difficulty level ranges from medium to hard according to the subjects and can be solved if payed attention regularly.

The tuition fees for Btech is 50,000 per semester that is 1,00,000 in a year. So the Btech degree here is pretty affordable compared to many other colleges. There is a scholarship if you have scored more than 70% marks in 12th then you get a reduction in fees of about 10%.There are other government scholarships that can be applied through. Right now I'm first year there are no such opportunities but there may be some internships available to join from the 3rd year of college.

There is an annual fest known was FUEL. This fest is of 3 days and is celebrated with immense joy. The 3 days here are special because many big celebraties like singers, standup comedians and rappers are invited to perform for the entertainment purpose of the students. There is a huge 2 floor library for the accessibility of all the books required for the semester exams and can be taken with a re issure request every 15 days. There are many labs and worships available like fondry carpentry welding and handcraft fot Btech students to experience all the live facilities of the technical world apart from just computers. There are different clubs for joining like singing club, debate society club, dance society club, acting/drama society club for the students to engage in inter and intra college competitions to maintain spirit among them

Th eligibility of the course is that a person should have passes 12th with a minimum percentage of 60% in PCM to be qualified for Btech degree. The application form is available on the website alone of KCC Institute and can be filled out through there or you can visit campus and enroll through mentors. There can be improvement in the management processes to make it clear before hand about everything

The faculty is enough for the students but sometimes when the teachers leave the college abruptly there is a shortage for many days which are then replaced by coordinators. The faculty is mostly good and the teaching method is understable but sometimes the syllabus coverage can be slow and we are left with alot of syllabus to cover ourselves during exams. Teachers are always free for doubts and can clear the doubts according to the student's attention in the classroom. The faculty is friendly apart from some teachers and overall I'm averagely satisfied with them.
