Best College in Bundelkhand region.

Overall institute of engineering Jhansi college was good and a life changer for me. When you will pass through here then you will realize what you have learned from your teacher are how much important for your career.

First of all this college is a government college and its facilities are well qualified so I opted this college. The infrastructure of the institute is also good and each branch has own facilities and labs. In labs, there is 6 labs and more than 400 computer for students.

The course of the Institute of engineering department is the same as Uttar Pradesh technical university but its course still running old syllabus. In the first year, there is a common syllabus for each branch then after branches course will be different. The course of the Institute of engineering and technology Jhansi is totally fine and matches with iit level course.

No, this college does not provide any internship programme but you will get a training session each year by the outside faculty.

Honestly, there is a training placement cell they provide placement but most companies which participate in the campus placement are fraud companies which are like BPO companies but some companies provide good salary but do not provide the desired job, most students who got placed they didn't join them because of companies reputation and previous record.

There are mainly three events which celebrated in the campus. First is the Freshers Party which organized by the engineering department for the welcome to the first year student. The second event is organized by the university cell for the whole campus in which each department compete with each other in many competitions. Third events are getting together a party for last year students.

A fee of the engineering department is 67000 including a tuition fee there is an exam fee which you have to deposit in each semester. The exam fee is 50 rupees. The exam fee is taken only online. The yearly fee is collected by a chalan or you can deposit online. There are 100 library charges for the library card if you wish to join a library than you have to deposit 100 rupees online.

In the engineering department, each student will get back their fee by the state government. State government provides only 50 thousands of your total fee.

Engineering life of engineering students is full of joy and adventure. Campus have own facilities and labs, parks, library, sports complex, medical center, physical activity center, auditorium's etc. These all facilities are too good, it totally depends on you how you utilized these things.

There are four girls hostel and two boys hostel.hostel are categorized on the base of your caste-like general and obc, sc etc. Hostels are good but there are no facilities of washing machine and room heating system . Food of each hostel are not too good.

There is no alumni association only you have to move forward to meet seniors .it's totally depends on you how to make contact with your seniors.

There is three sessional exam in each semester each seasonal marks will add in your semester marks total marks of seasonals are 30. There is an internal and external exam. An internal exam is based on your Viva and your behavior to teachers and facilities.

I participated in Uttar Pradesh state engineering entrance examination and I got 328 number then after counseling process I got this college since IET is affiliated with Bundelkhand University so you have to deposit fee in favor of the registrar of the university in engineering department building.

There is 6 branch in an institute of engineering and technology, Jhansi each faculty is well qualified and experienced. Some faculty is alumni of iit and some NIT. Computer science and engineering department teacher are so helpful and humble by nature. They always stood with students.
