Likes

The college has good library and course releated books which helps students study easily. Also the lend books for one month of time.
College canteen, which was opened recently is a good place to hangout.
Basketball court, the court woth two hoops is perfect place for a player to practice skills.

Dislikes

The voice of construction, constantly kills my eardrums.

I choose my course cause it was best course offered in NIT Raipur. NIT Raipur was known for its civil base which is widely recognised in Chattisgarh state. The course is not updated it needs to be update to latest technology.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies come here for internship but you have to apply on their site first. It's not like everything eill be there for ypu on a golden platter? Maang and FAANG companies too come here for internship and give PPO.

Fees and Financial Aid

The academic feess for the year is more likely compared to every other engineering college in India. It's equal and we have fee relaxation for certain categories. If we pay late fees we have to tell the exact reason for it and they will wait for the payment.

Campus Life

Campus life is vast. A lot of people from North India. South India come to study here so theere is lot of interaction of culture, of course some people prefer to stay in grou but everyone goes with interacting with each other.

Admission

I'll not lie, the cuttoff is throat like competition, we literally give everything in JEE exams to get into NITs like this. The admission process is very smooth, they will provide all details in brochure released during JosAa counselling.

Faculty

The faculty is so helping and supportive towards the student body. Some are exceptionally good and the knowledge they possess is very vast. They are good at what they do and what they are doing in their field.

This college is the best college in whole Chhattisgarh in terms of placements. This college will give you best placements that even the gov. college of it's level will not. A minimum of 400000 per year placements here is easy. And if you got some amazing skills then you can get a package more than 2200000 per year. That's very nice!

Best : Education Quality In our college we can study free of mind and with enjoyment. A huge library is there for study and for taking books from there. Worst : Hostel management In Our college hostle place is less, that's why more student need to away from college

Admission:

I had completed my diploma From Rungta college in 2015 and then by Counseling (Counselling of BE /B Pharma) I got Lakhmi. Chand institute Of Technology college then there was a call from the college for my Document verification after verification I filled up the admission form, then the fee submission.

An Homestate Girl in NIT Raipur

Honestly As A Girl , My Parents did'nt Allowed me to Leave my state . Which is very disappointment for me but it is okay They care about me ,so that nothing happen to me. My college is good

I applied in jossa counselling and get this college via that counselling because of my jee mains rank i got this college very best whatever I can get so i didn't really apply for any college just got addmission into this college because of jossa counselling and jee mains and jee advanced. I want to join iits but my rank was not that good so i didn't get seat into college like iit Bombay, iit Delhi, iit Kharagpur etc. I get addmission iny college firstly you have to give jee mains exam and get ranks as follows 75000 for general studies to get addmission in my college via jossa counselling or csab counselling you got the seat then pay the seat acceptance fee and book the seat in college then go to physical reporting to that college....Read More

First i apply for nit tiruchi but the cause of lack of percentile I got the the admission in nit Raipur in btech biotechnology the nit Raipur is a reputable in the matter of h good placement with none core branches but the nit tiruchi is highly reputable prefer high placement with core and none core branches Yes I got the rejection from nit tiruchi and nit bhopal as. My Daily Life At NIT Raipur

I had applied for NIT Silchar , But i didn't got it because of Low percentile in Jee Mains 2025 but i got NIT Raipur At Last Because NITs Have Home State quota and I Belong to Chattisgarh ,so i got NIT . I didn't Choose this college this was the only option i Had Left . So i had to choose this college that to Bio Technology Branch .but anyways i got good college ,better than half of the private institute in the manner of Fees and Reputition . We got admission through JOSAA , And we have to qualify Jee Mains Examination ,which Is Conducted By NTA ( National Testing Agency ) . The cutoff the exam category wise are Gen - 93.4 Percentile , Obc-82.1 Percentile , Sc -61 Percentile , And For ST it is 48 Percentile.
