Overall Review

Overall academically it is not college it just the extended version of School. But still, you can achieve great height in your carrier if your talented and a bit hardworking.

Because it is in my hometown so I don't have to take hostel ( hostel and mess charges were unaffordable)) and I was also getting Fee Waiver seat in this college. Though it is private college the quality of education is good when compared to other colleges of Lucknow

Course curriculum and quality of teaching are very good as far as teachers are concerned they are very hardworking and supporting. The quiz is organized by the college each Monday which covers one unit of each subject which helps students to prepare for external exams. The course is designed by art and this year they have modified the first year syllabus very much and the heavy subjects like Mechanics and Electronics are removed from first year syllabus.

Yes. It only recommends a student to do Internship but do not help completely and one has to find by themselves their destination for an internship. But College does not provide internship in its campus to other students.

Placement is good but the average package remains about 3 to 4 lacs. At least 100 students are placed every year and this number is increasing every year. TCS is a mass recruiter in the college and takes about 50 students every year from college. For Computer Science Stream and IT stream, placement opportunity is better than any other branch. But Placement in Mechanical and Civil stream is very bad.

Abhivyakti: Every year college organizes its annual cultural fest in the month of February which is of three days in which students of another college also participate. Xero: It is the annual rock fest organized by the students of Euphony cell.it is pre abhivyakti fest. Spardha: It is organized in the college during the odd semester. Intercollege sports fest includes games indoor as well as outdoor.

The fee structure is about 1.25lac for one year which is tuition fee. Around 1.2lac more for hostel and mess which can be deposited in two installments. But the scholarship criteria is very good in college which is set up by AKTU which is called Fee Waiver seat according to UPSEE rank. I am on FeeWaiver seat so my fee is only 45000 for the first year and 25000 for subsequent years

Apart from Fee waiver scholarship which is based On UPSEE rank Uttar Pradesh government gives scholarship on tuition fees based on your father's income and your Caste.

Campus life is very less due to lack of space and poor infrastructure. But the gender ratio is quite good and different branch to branch like in CS/IT/EC girls are in majority but in Civil and Mechanical boys are in majority. The scope of extracurricular activity is very less though events are organized in robotics due to lack of quality, they are not much interesting.

Hostel facility is below average as the quality of students is not very good so you will feel irritated every now and then so better take a room on rent outside the college. Mess quality is just like average like any Another private engineering college.

Alumni Network is decent many of the pass out students are settled at good Positions in MNC's. Senior students are a mixed bag though most of are bad in terms of quality you will not get any useful advice by them but still some are very supporting and wise.

Exam structure is according AKTU. Every 6months semester exams are held which are outside the college. And on each Monday quiz is arranged for one subject for which course is predefined that is one unit. Sometimes even two quizzes are arranged in the same week. Pre-end semester examination is held just before the main semester exam which is held in college.

I got admission in this college by UPSEE which is a state level entrance exam for Uttar Pradesh government and private colleges. I achieved a decent rank of 6413 in it. Though I could have got the admission directly because my board exam marks were above 90% but then I was not eligible for fee waiver seat

I think the faculty is very hardworking and supporting and are very honest with their duty. They try their best to match the timetable which is issued for the semester. Extra classes (( Tuet classes)) are arranged for weak students and the class is divided into two groups so that the teacher can pay attention to each student.
