- Jaipur national university is located in jaipur , jagatpura it consist of 3 campuses which makes it a very big institute
- This university has its own hospital which is free for the students studying here
- Teachers here are very friendly and cooperative , they always help you whenever needed
Dislikes
- Management team is very bad , they don't cooperate with the studemts which is very frustrating
- You have to pay fine for a small mistake , there are a lots of types of fines in this university which is compulsary to pay otherwise you will not get your admit card
- Labs are not as good as expected , classrooms are not well ventalised or cooled , there is no ac inost of the classrooms in summers you can barely survive there
Course Curriculum Overview
I am doing btech (biotechnology) which is a research based course, now i am in 1st year so syllabus is se for every btech branch , there are subjects like python , c programming which helps you to learn coading language and creates a base for you , in 1st sem our univ can introduce c programming instead of python , this can be improved Overally university calander is very strict exams are on time and proper holidays are given between exams
Internships Opportunities
Currently i am in 1st year. Now our summer brake is going on and i am doing a internship which is provided by the university itself , its an online internship. And many other internships are privided by college itself my classmates are also doing internship provided by college
Placement Experience
If you are doing btech then forget about campus placements. They are not up to the mark at all in our university. My seniors told me this. Placements are based on you overall performance and skills. If you are capable of the job and carries full potential then you can get a campus placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for btech is not as much high as compared with other colleges. overall college fees for btech is 1.25 lacks approx (except examination fees which is 3k per semester) Scholarship is given to students in 1st year who have good percentage in 12th class and after 1st year scholarship is given to course topper
Campus Life
Overall campus life is not good at all teachers force you to sit in a random class just for photoshoot, this is ridiculous and irritating. There are not much shops and only a single canteen. Food at canteen is not soo good. Hostel life is very very good you make a lots of friends there but hostel mess food is very bad
Hostel Facilities
I live in a hostel, its universities own hostel. Overall hostel is very good. almost every facilites are privided like 24 hr electricity and water , cooling ducts in summers and hot water in winters, average speed wifi. Boys hostel warden is very cooperative but hostel mess is very bad
Admission
If you want to take admission than you have to call admisaion cell , phone numbers are avilable on internet or you have to visit admission cell which is in main campus in the university , admission councellors are not as much cooperative as expected . You should visit the university before taking admission
Faculty
Faculty members are overall good and cooperative , most of the teachers are friendly with you except few ones , they will always help you when needed , before exams they also provide important questions and resources so that an average student can also pass the exam
