Course Curriculum Overview
The course is relevant and I choose this course as it offers specialization in a particular subject just like MBA to have more scope after completing graduation. College also make much efforts for this but they need to improve their teaching methods like to give practical knowledge to Students to experience more things in real life. The frequency and timing of exams are moderate and the difficulty level is between moderate to difficult.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fees for this course is 30000 per year. The university also of scholarships but it is only for Gujarat students and the amount of scholarship is between 7000 to 10000. No campus employment is not yet offered
Campus Life
The university celebrates various festivals like holi in March Ganesh chaturthi in September navratri in October. And the biggest festival for Gujarat is navratri and is celebrated in the university in a well manner. There are 2-3 libraries in the university and has a wide range of books and journals available in it . The facilities provided in the classrooms are not that good. Sports and other activities offered on campus time to time. There are student association and clubs.
Hostel Facilities
Facilities provided in the rooms are study table and bed for each student and there is sharing of 4 students in each room. The meal quality is not so good. Registration process for hostel is to fill the application form uploaded in the university's halls of residence website. And hostel is affordable also the fees is 10000 per year
Admission
Only 200 seats are there in this course and only those students are eligible who have cleared the entrance exam. The application forms are available on the university's website and every detail regarding the opening date closing date and entrance exam date is provided their. The difficulty level of exam is moderate.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 50-50 Some teachers are very good at teaching whereas some are not and some are very Frank to interact with and few are not. In my course the faculties are not enough. And they are not permanent faculty of bcom honours. Many teachers come from different programs to teach us. So it will also be difficult to interact with them as they are not always there to ask and talk with.
