A wonderful place to study

The staffs, teachers, Hod, director, principal all our friendly. Everything is good and I hope things be this way and even better in the near future.

Because the college is famous for the placement it provides. The campus is loving and the place where it is situated has everything that we need in our daily lives. Infact i had my friends studying here and I got to know about the friendly behaviour of the teachers before I entered ( I'm talking about my department, i.e., Bba) and discovered after joining that yes indeed it was all true. The way the college has encouraged me in my field of talent, like actually I'm a singer. So the way they have helped me by providing chances in our and different colleges to perform, I can't be thankful enough and also awarding me Mr.Fresher award. It is just like the college life one can dream of having!

Our Institute has basically 2 boards. One is under the Bangalore University in which I study in and another one is the deemed one. The Bangalore university course is quite good as along with the educational side, the extracurriculars are equally given importance. We have activites in every semesters like sports, music, literature, dramas, stage plays and all. Everything is given importance at their respective times and schedules.

The dayanand Sagar institution does definitely provide internships like the engineering departments and all but our department, the internships are comparatively less but jobs provided are good.

The whole dayanand sagar institution is known for providing placement opportunities. The Bba department has seen good placements from companies such as Dell and all. My friends have also been placed earlier this year and are working with a good package.

Our college starts off with the inaugural ceremony or the orientation programme for the newbies. Then there comes the Freshers day, republic and independence Day celebrations, sports day, talents day for all various kinds of talents, Women's day celebration, inter college fests, management fests, ganesh chaturthi, ethnic day celebrations and so on.

The fee structure is expensive and why wouldn't it be. When the college is providing so many facilities and such good infrastructures then it has to be paid some good fee too. Our fee is around 1.4lakhs on a year basis. It depends on the students how they pay it. Generally it is divided semester wise.

I won't boast or blabber anything when i dont know much about it. I don't have much idea regarding this topic.

Campus life is just like what we expect from our childhood days. In every class, i can tell u an average that there is a ratio of 4:2 where 4 stands for boys and 2 stands for girls. And there is no scene of ragging and all. All our friendly. We live intergratedly. And as i told u before, all extra curriculars are supported. Thats y I and everyone else njoy the college

I'm not a hostel user so I dont have much knowledge about everything. My friends live there and they say its good. The NRI hostel is much better as compared to the Indian hostel. Canteen has good food ranging from South indian dishes too north indian, chinese ,ccd drinks and all.

Senior students are helpful, friendly, good guides to what we want to know generally from them. No scene of ragging. There are alumni meetings happening at our college.

There are basically 2 internals each of 40 marks each of all the subjects. And then there is marks for attendance, extra curriculars, assignment submissions and all. Taking everything in consideration the, the total internal marks of a student sent from college is out of 30 . The rest 70 marks are external marks which comes from the semester exams.

I enquired it from my friends that how to get the admission in this prestigious institute and i got to know that students who have acquired 50-55% above in their 12th standard exams are eligible for the admissions. So i went to the office myself to talk and i had the eligible percentage for admission and thus I got it.

Yes. The faculties of this college are the friendliest people you will find. During our whole school life, we have to go through strict teachers who just need discipline and no other relation with students whatsoever. But here, it's not that. Its obvious teachers want discipline, but here they are helpful, they enjoy with the students.
