Review of IAME

Apart from regular faculties college has additional visiting faculties who are subject matter experts in their fields. Management has a holistic view of the students regarding their study, personal development, industrial relations, and softcore abilities.

Course Curriculum is based on the university of Mysore syllabus and guidelines. Yes, it's relevant, research-driven and fair. It gives a good foundation for future research (pursuing Ph.D. & M.Phil) and enough exposure for corporate world where students can enhance their knowledge and skills.

I did my internship at Mysore Polymers and Rubber Products Private Limited (MYPOL) which was arranged by Placement department of IAME college.

One of the major events includes college convocation which is carried out in the presence of Honourary guest. IAME college has cultural event named Antaragni celebrated annually. College also has annual sports event named Sadhana. National events such as Republic Day, Independence day are celebrated.

Fee structure of IAME is INR 3,50,000 (Three lakhs fifty thousand) for Master of Business Administration (MBA). The above-stated amount includes University examination fees, registration fees, admission fees, caution deposits, establishment charges, uniform fees.

I did not apply for any education loan. I also did not apply for any scholarships during my academic year.

The college is located away from the busy and fast moving life of Bangalore which makes it an ideal place for study. The campus has an equal gender ratio for both students and the facilities. Speaking of diversity college has students across the country. Extracurricular activities include debates, group discussion, mock interviews on a regular basis.

Hostel fees were 60000 per year for double occupancy. Rooms are spacious with attached utilities. Additional facilities included are campus WiFi facilities, common TV in a hostel, hot water. The hostel fees also include 3 hygienic meals per day with tea/coffee in the evening.

The college has an alumni network which is spread across various sectors Manufacturing, banking, e-commerce etc. Alumni are in constant communication with the college management.

I had answered the MAT. I got interview call letter from IAME College and questions were asked regarding current affairs, business, economics and graduation subjects these were followed by a personal interview to check my commitment level as a student. A few days later I got admission confirmation from the management.

Faculties have corporate exposure. They are very helpful in nature, self-motivated, result oriented. Every faculty has a distinct futuristic view to mold thought process of a student into an upcoming entrepreneur and develop an exposure via industrial visits to face the challenging corporate world.
