I choose the branch mechanical engineering cause I love make machines from my childhood so that's why I choose this branch and Mechanical engineering is the mother branch of engineering that's why I choose. We have a mechanical workshop where we see industrial machines like lathe machine milling machine drilling machines. The examination is very easy if you know how to prepare your syllabus and the diploma exam is not so tough. So you can have much time to prepare for your examination like 5 month.

You can get in opportunity to internship in many companies they will provide you with a minimum amount. The all internship are paid like you have to paid some money for internship they don't give you any stipend for the internship. But in nearby College campus there a railway workshop where you get internship.

You can get placement from 2nd year. The placement process is is likes simple you have to attend and exam nation then if you will pass the exam you have to do an interview. From my branch mechanical engineering there are many MNC companies you will get like Tata Cummins, Tata Autocomp, ALSTOM, Electro Casting Limited, SKH etc. In mechanical engineering there is 80% student get placed and the remaining 20% are also go for higher study

This college held many technical or annual festivals. JIS- polycon, where you can share your idea about implemation. JIS- Polyprod, where you have to your model or project. Is it necessary everyone to do project in every year. In your library you have to access all the books if you want to read them so you can read in your library and if you want to take them to your home also this facility is available. The classrooms are like normal classroom blackboard and chalk there is no any smart display in your classroom but is it very easy to explain. An every year there is anyone sports festival is happened.

You can get admission through direct management or also by an entrance examination called JEXPO. You can easily rank in examination to get admission in this college. If you are from West Bengal then it is very easy for you to get an admission after 10th. Or after 12 science you can get voclet entry.

Our theory subjects they explained very well with the help of real life application. The faculty to student ratio is 1:10. In my department our teachers are very friendly and we appreciate them so easily they will explain our problems they know how to solve our problems they know all the mechanical problems and we have some industrial experience teacher who know how industry runs and how to operate machine.
