Dislikes
- I don't like the location of the campus . It's in outskirts and very far from the main city
- I don't like the concept of dress code everyday . I think out of 5 working days atleast 2 days should be allowed for civil dress
- I don't like it's holiday system. It doesn't give holidays on optional ones declared by the government
Course Curriculum Overview
Aspects like having different kinds of subjects relating to business like marketing finance operations etc influenced me to choose this course (BBA). This curriculum prepares us well enough to apply our learnings in the real world. I think the areas that need improvement in this course are the use of more smart board based system while teaching. I'm okay with the frequency and timing of exams and the difficulty level is moderate to hard
Internships Opportunities
Many companies like growthali, IKEA, Pandora's box etc offer internships with the roles of hr manager, finance manager, digital and social media marketing, business development and sales, operations etc
Placement Experience
Students become eligible from semester 6 to get placed I guess I'm not sure . Hp, Hul, Deloitte etc are the companies that come in. Highest package is around 58 lakhs after doing mba and the average package is around 10.5 to 11 lakhs. 95% of the students get placed. My plan after getting the degree is work for a couple of years maybe.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fee is 1.15 lakh per semester. U can see hike in it every 2 years bu fee thousands. The complete cost of education is 7.2 lakhs excluding the transport. I get scholarship of 17.5k every semester by maintaining a minimum attendance rate of 75%. I have not taken any campus employment till now
Campus Life
Annual fests held at our college are thrishna and thrithi. They are held in the month of April and May mostly. We are provided with the facility to access 100s of books and journals in the library. We can also take them home if we want and return them after completing them. We are provided with smart boards and screens with wifi in every classrooms with good lighting and ac and fans. College won't take any additional registration after the deadline is met. U get to present your documents like ur marksheets , I'd proofs etc and are verified then ur called in for an interview where the filter your for the final selection
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 1:60 i think that's absolutely fine by me and it doesn't impact my learnings in a negative way. We can interact with our teachers anytime we want through call, text, mail or can directly go and visit them in their cabins as we have their details given in our college portal
Interview Experience
The interview questions were based on general knowledge and little bit towards the course basics as well. Personal questions were also asked. I prepared for the interview by reading news daily and working on my speed while answering the questions
