Campus structure , faculty and campus atmosphere

Everything of the college is very good and up to the mark but except but except a thing that is a matter of concern is the daily fight between the students for some or the other reasons, there is a student union that reports directly to the college management for the concern of the students , college management not so helpful but they have to listen when students protest for anything

This is a central govt.university and very old and the reputation is very very impressive . The campus is very big with lots of playgrounds,greenry and the faculty is of high standard also the course fees is very less compared to other colleges,there is compitative atmosphere which always encourage to do your best . Also there is no problem of finding rooms on rent

The course curriculum is basically completed in class , classes are held regularly 5 days a week with sat.-sun. off , there are qualified and helpful professors who really help in completing the entire course , also there are many coachings outside the campus which helps in completing the course.

Actually not all courses need internship but there is internship program in university and the information can be collected from university's website . As far as I knew from my seniors overall experience is somewhat good

The placement very near to year according to the number of recruiters and salary offered. the placement record is better than private colleges ,apart from placement it offers a great job opportunity as the degree of this university matters a lot at the time of interviews

There are lots of events that are celebrated in the college ,many of the events are organised by the students itself and events like sports meet and few cultural events lots of educational seminars are organised by university's management . There is a Student Welfare Association which regularly organisation other events

The fees depends on the selected course and it is very very low as compared to other University. University of Allahabad being a centrally funded University the fees of one year of Bsc is around RS 1,000 and this type of fees structure is almost of every course

The scholarship is provided by government and that covers all the hostel expenses and course fees the course fees is not that high which requires loan facility to fulfill it although the loan is provided easily

There are many hostels that are managed by University Management which are allotted according to the marks marks obtained in the entrance exam and also after 1st year it depends on the last year's performance and if a candidate fails in the exam he has to leave the hostel the best facility is not that up to the mark but it's enough to fill daily needs

The University has a great list of alumini, some of its past students are ministers of the state. And many others are at the top position in the field, the seniors are quite helpful most of them are of Helping Nature and always stand with you

The exam structure is quite easy. Depend on the course structure different courses have different number of semesters, the dates of exams are released very before the exams also the practical is done at least a month before the theory exams, the admit card is uploaded on University's website one can download from it and visit the examination hall with the self attested admit card.

I got admission by appearing an entrance test which is organised by university in the month of April -may . The forms will be available on uniniversity website in the month of Jan.-Feb ,where one have to give it's acedmic and personal details, photo , signature etc and the form fees lies between ?500-?1000 Accord. To course. After announcement of result ,the merit list is posted on website and allahabad newspapers , the councelling is done according to marks obtained and then on spot admission . 4-5 merit list is posted at interval of 3-4 days.

Most of the professors are very kind one can get there personal contact information and can directly contact them otherwise in college hours also there are different departments according to subjects like physics, chemistry, the professors sit there , one can meet them to solve problems.
