College with good values

Yeah the college management is not undertaking any approach to support students from other states

For this course called mechatronics....only some colleges in the country offer this program and its one of the colleges it was near to my home...and I thought this would be a nice college as the infrastructure was kinda nice and it was better than any other colleges offering the same course

Its great but the course's curriculum still needs development as they are mostly theoretical rather than practical approach...Sometimes the lectures are so boring that we will get sleepy and some staffs are not well in teaching. The curriculum is good and there is not soo much to study however we tend to make supplements

This university only matches for rich people and quality of education is little average and you can meet students and staff from all part of the country especially Malayalam. No dress code so you can dress casually, Good library, Cost of expensive is high inside campus as I told before it matches with an upper-middle-class background. Various of Engineering domain are available but while advertisement they showcase Aeronautical is best but it's absolutely no. It's good for Electrical engineering and Mechanical. At last Eco-friendly campus. Campus placement is very poor, one positive thing is you can get good ambient and exposure to various kinds of people.

To be very honest, Hindusthan is above average kind of college in Coimbatore, if compared to PSG, GCT & KCT. you get a decent placement from few IT companies (CTS, Techm, Infoview) but no core companies and above you can enjoy your college life so well as could and couldn't in other colleges in Coimbatore.

Every year a technical symposium is conducted by our department at national level which we invite students for presentation and technical games. Apart from that, we conduct the inaugural function for freshers of our departments. We celebrate engineers day with a new invention from our friends. We celebrate every important function with cultural activities.

Fees are collected by the structure given by Anna university forms. Annually 45000 is the fee for a student including tuition fees. If we are a first graduate 5000 is given as a concession. Education loans offered by the banks is available for students for their full fees. Fees structure is given by college so we can contact the bank for the loan. Government is giving scholarship for each and every student with the caste-based amount. It depends on your caste and whether you are staying in the hostel or not

Overall I'm satisfied with my college facilities and infrastructure. Yearly they are providing a workshop in our college and allowing us to attend the workshop in other colleges. We have a technical debate on engineers day which will be a nice one. The faculty is well experienced with some practical knowledge. they are always there to help us. We can access them by approaching them directly in their place

The experienced faculty who will be the senior professors and the subject heads all have a very good grasp on their particular subjects. The downside is most of these professors are strict and will expect you to give it your all and more, also they have seen, heard it all (i mean the excuses) so nothing works on them i.e The major problem faced is communication most of the faculty is South Indian so the regional tongue is preferable for them and as such South Indian students find them a bit more easy to approach them.
