Course Curriculum Overview
The course of computer science and artificial intelligence has the similar to that of computer science engineering. But it includes some aspects of artificial intelligence in it throughout the course.
Internships Opportunities
The department hod's and lectures provide various internship opportunities but it is mostly the paid ones. There will be refund of the money spent on internship if the valid certification is provided after its completion.
Placement Experience
The placements are happening to our seniors from 5th Semester. The major aspects for placements is internships, projects, skills and coding knowledge. Very few get selected in the starting selections. Most of them get selected during 7th or 8th Semesters. The recruitment happens in one of the other campus of Dayanand Sagar Institutions.
Fees and Financial Aid
My admission was through k-cet examination which was helpful to secure the seat for low cost compared to that of management seats. The scholarships can be applied by the students who have reservations.
Campus Life
There are plenty of clubs available for the students to join like cultural, music, dance, quiz and debate related, sports, gaming... and so on. They organize compilation on college level very frequently. There are 2 fests every year. One Antaragni which is Department level. Other one is Esparanza which is open all participants.
Admission
For admission though k-cet, the cut-off depended on muliple factors such as caste reservations, rural kota, kanada medium kota, etc,. Depending on this the number of seats available were split accordingly. I had rank around 24000, obc reservation and rural kota, which aided me for admission.
Faculty
There are enough faculties to handle all the different departments. The HOD of the Department must at least have one or more PhDs. While the other staffs should have masters in their field. The lab instructors must have knowledge about the lab and must have a degree or a diploma education.
