Remarks

Good remarks are about faculties and academics and educational facilities. Sports wise average. College management is also good.

Entrance Preview

Because it has good placement and good companies come to our college and academic wise it is really good and faculties are co-operative and helpful and sports also are good in this college and it is autonomous so I opted for this college and I wanted Electronics and Communication as my branch so I got it here.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I have a great interest in the branch so I opted for this course. It is really a good course to be chosen if you opt for NHCE. Labs are provided and facilities are really good and helpful. Content wise it is really good and helpful to clear our examination.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, they provide internships in different companies like ORACLE, JP MORGAN, WELLS FARGO etc. I don't have the idea of stipend because I haven't yet opted for internships.

Placement Experience

5

Placements are really good. Different companies like ORACLE, JP MORGAN, WELLS FARGO etc come to our college for placements. Many good merit students get placed in different good companies with good salary package from our college. Job opportunities are also good.

College Events

5

Our college celebrates different festivals like Kannada Rajyotsava, our grand fest SARGAM which is a national level fest organized every year by New Horizon College of Engineering. Many colleges participate in it. Ethnic Day, Freshers day too are organized.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is expensive for those who come by management and average for those coming by merit. For management like for example mine, Electronics and Communication branch takes 10 lakhs in 4 years where 2.2 lakhs is asked in 1st year and rest 3 years 1.9 lakhs each. For cet merited students money is asked based on rank and branch.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have any idea about loan facility but yes college provides facilities for scholarship like college gives signature on scholarship forms brought by students in office for it to get recommended.

Campus Life

5

The gender ratio is almost equal in college. Campus life is average not too good not too bad. Sports is also average. Labs provided are really good and helpful. Robotics too gets promoted in our college debates too are organized. Extracurricular activities are too given priority.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I am not a hostelite but still, I know the little of hostel facilities. Mess food is good sometimes average. And hostel faculties are too good enough and even Hostel Day is celebrated and even a projector displayed movie is too shown to hostelites. Overall the facilities are good.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they are helpful. They help us in project works and interact to us as helping hands. They give us tips to clear the examination too.

Exam Structure

Exams are hectic because you get assignments, homework, project works, other activities to involve during exams which really make it too hectic for students because of which low mark scoring prevails. Students sometimes in pressure don't understand concepts which make it tougher.

Admission

Actually, I went through management not by merit because the merit marks for this college wasn't enough to get me admission here. So the fees for this college in Electronics and Communication branch is 10 lakhs in 4 years where 2.2 lakhs is asked in 1st year and rest 3 years 1.9 lakhs each.

Faculty

4

Faculties are highly qualified in teaching skills and even helpful. They are very co-operative and always ready to clear out doubts. They make the class interactive and interesting. They give contents which are really helpful to clear our examination.
