Who doesn't feel like studying if there's a very caring and understanding faculty along with great teaching skills? One who wants to maintain a good personal life without spoiling their studies, I recommend them to join GVP.

Because this is one of the best colleges in Vizag with a very good name and fame along with great placements and academics. It is also a bit nearer to my place, just a 10 min drive from the place I live. I've heard a lot about this college and also gathered information regarding this college by which I've decided to join this college.

The course curriculum can be easily assessed in the library which is available on the campus. The faculty also provides important information and detailed material regarding the subjects. Important textbooks and study material will be available in the library for each subject. They also give information related to the book dealers and stores where the textbooks are available.

Our college doesn't particularly provide internships, but it surely encourages students to do internships and other part-time jobs which can add up a few more lines in the Resume. It also conducts useful workshops which helps the students have a little preference at the time of placements.

Our college has a very good track in maintaining placements and job opportunities to its students which many colleges around Vishakhapatnam fail to deliver such opportunities. Many leading companies such as Deloitte, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, Cap Gemini, and many more companies come to our college for placement purposes.

Every group celebrates it's own(fest) Event once a year. So, around 5-6 fests will be conducted in the campus every year. It also celebrates Fresher's day, farewell, teachers day and other fun events every year which allows the students to have a lot of fun and carry a bag full of memories at the end of their college life.

Our college follows an annual fee structure which costs around 18k per year for B.com. And the students have to pay examination fee which is fixed by the affiliated University. The fee charged for other streams is also reasonable when compared to the other colleges in the locality.

Scholarships from the government are accepted by the college and I've availed a scholarship of 7500 per year during my course of study.

Once you enter the campus you don't feel like leaving. The gender ratio is also very well maintained. There's a sports club which deals with all sports-related activities, inter-college championship etc. There are also Ncc and NSS units in our campus which provides the students with additional add-on useful certificates at the end of graduation. Competitions such as debates, elocution, etc will be conducted at least thrice a month.

There's no hostel facility available to the graduation and Pg campus. Coming to the mess food, it provides quality food at a very low cost. Hostel facility isn't available but, it is located in such a locality where there are many private hostels and pocket-friendly canteens are available. However, students who are willing to opt for other courses like engineering, medicine etc are facilitated with hostels and canteens.

Most of them are now very successful employees in the best companies around the globe and many of them are successful entrepreneurs who visit the campus once a while to interact with the juniors and guide them in the right career options.

Our college follows a 2-semester exam pattern with 2 mid exams. One mid exam will be conducted offline and the other will be conducted on an online basis which includes externals, viva, and the project. Since ours is an Autonomous college, we write our exams in our own college which is really a good thing whereas other colleges shuffle their students to different colleges during semester examinations.

I got a notification saying that the admissions are in progress. The student should first buy an application form which costs around 150/- and to is submitted with a set of Xerox copies of previous education certificates and photocopies. If the student is sure to join in the college, he/she can give a confirmation by paying full/a portion of the annual fee.

As I've mentioned earlier, our college has a very good faculty personally and academically. Usually, we have a doubts clarification session after every class. One can easily assess the faculty without any hesitation in the staff room. The faculty is always available for students to clarify their academic doubts and also gives valuable suggestions and advice. They are also available in other social networks too in case of any need after leaving college.
