Life of my campus

Eligibility is +2 pass with 54% above and university entrance test. Application forms can be found online through Utkal University's official website. Application fees NON Entrance exams are of medium level of difficulty.

My decision to choose this particular course at Utkal University was to enhance my managing and communicating skills, the IMBA course was nearly a perfection for my skills and ideas. It enhances my skills in all the possible ways to direct, manage, time management, and many more, or rather in the easy words, it makes me more efficient and effective. I would also suggest the things that need to be improved in our department. In class management, teachers should be more practical while teaching. The exams are tough but challenging to increase effective efficiency.

Internships are not proved in this department you have to find internship on your own for the experience. We have been assigned many projects for our skills development. Ex :- PPT creation , explanating various chapters to juniors , Event management , content writing, GD , etc .

After completing the whole course students are eligible for the campus placement. The companies visited to this course are Cisco, lic, Amul, Infosys, etc. The highest package offered 6-7 LPA medium is 4 LPA The lowest is 1 LPA.

Tuition fees per year (first 3 years)- 40,000 Tuition fees per year (last 2 years)- 60,000 Exam fees per sem - 1200 Complete cost of the course- 2,40,000 Hostel fees ( first year of admission) - 16,000 Hostel fees ( rest of the years ) - 6,000. Scholarship - state scholarship. State scholarship provides full course fees along with the hostel fees if you have applied for the hostel.

Annual and technical Festivals celebrated in the imba course are fanfest, crossroad, sports festival, freshers, and farewell. You can access a variety of books at Utkal University and not only physical books you can also access to e-books at the library. There are lots of sports conducted inside the campus. Like department annual sports, Inter College sports, UPL (Utkal Premier League)

In hostel you get a sharing rooms , your own single bed. Rack to keep your stuffs , your own table to study and keep essential things . Mess is closed for a reason which is not to be mentioned . But have two canteen inside the campus . Registration and process to be told on the day of admission.

The faculty members working under my department are well educated . Most of the faculty have done their studies in phd , mphil , b.ed and many more . In our department the ratio of teachers to student is 3:47 . They are well trained in their occupation of teaching and mentorship . All the students feel free to interact with the faculty members . As they are very friendly and open minded in nature
