- This college offers courses for minimal fees.
- This college have various courses to opt for studies. Better for courses like BSc in botany, horticulture, agriculture, forensics and others. It also provides some certificate courses to students for their extra curricular development.
- Holkar is ranked A++ from NAAC and is an autonomous college, it has highly professional and educated teachers and faculties, also have a huge green campus
Dislikes
- Does not organise much events and fests like other colleges.
- Focuses too much on studies and not on extra curricular.
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses college offers are so much relavent and could be so much helpful to earn by yourself or to get a job. It offers basic courses like chemistry, physics, biotec, microbio, computer science to some very rare courses like forensic science, organic farming, cybersecurity, horticulture, seed development, mushroom cultivation, NCC, NSS, and many more. They just lack of extra activities like organising events, college tours, internship programmes etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees of this college is so minimal you can complete your bachelor's degree in atmost 25,000/- per year according to your selected course and subject combinations. And can complete your masters degree in max 40,000/- per year depending on your course. Also you can get benefits of scholarships if you're from MP and had excellent performance in 12th examination then you can apply for MEDHAVI CHHATRA SCHOLARSHIP, other than that SC, ST & OBC also get benefits of scholarships from the college.
Campus Life
I don't like the campus life much as you don't get to interact with people much. Less activities are offered by college to socialize and connect to fellow mates. NCC, NSS and Sports department are the best to join for socializing and connecting to others.
Admission
Well the admission process is quite simple you've to register yourself on e-pravesh website select your college preference course preference and apply for counseling and CLC rounds. Then the allotment list issues and you've to submit your admission fees after getting a college allotted.
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is quite good. You may find many teachers across the departments. Also they are well trained and well experienced to teach. Teachers interact with students often while class but are not very interactive after classes they have very professional behaviour.
