Nice college

The college in one picture is very good college. Catering to the needs of students, where each and every student is appointed a proctor, who helps them in various occasions and also keeps a check on your progress. The management is a bit slow.

CET. This college is top in civil engineering in karnataka with very good campus facility and it is one of the oldest private college of Karnataka.

The course curriculum is very nice and properly arranged and provided as per current civil requirements. The syllabus is changed every year as on current requirement. As our college is Auotnomus College.

Many civil companies came : - Larsen & Tubro, Shapoji & palanji, Tata consultantion engineering services, Nagarajuna Construction Company, TCs. General stipened offer for internship is around Rs 15,000 per month.

Placement is very good and very high job oppurtinites. Many civil compnies come and other analystic companies also come. In my class around 20 students werre placed in core companies with an average package of Rs 3 lakh per annum : - Larsen & Tubro--- Rs 4.5 lakh p.a, Shapoji & palanji--- Rs 3 ;lakh p.a, Tata consultantion engineering services -- Rs 2.5 p.a, Nagarajuna Construction Company-- Rs 1.8 lakh p.a.

Many events rea done in collge Like UTSAV is a very great fest known all over india, where students come from all parts of india to participate in various events. This fest runs for 4 days. Their is also a fest for civil students name NIRMAAN, where the whole fest is organised by the students. The students who come to participate, their expenses of journey, food , accomodation as all done by our college. Students come from inetrnational area also come. Various money prizes are also given to students.

Fee structure is fesaible enough. We have to pay early fees based on your fees given and there are many chances of getting scholarship based on various factor.

Many good scholarship is offered by the college. The SC/St guys get scholarship based on their marks. Even during the project phase, if your project is very good and require funding then the college gives enough fund to your project, so that you may complete it.

The Gender ratios are maintained equally with equal opportunities for both in their respective fields. Every semester their used to be Hostel Parties managed by the students of final year.

The hostel is very very good. Their is 5 hostels in college. Girls will have separate hostel and their is one separate hostel for international people. But to maintain the equality their is a common mess for everyone.

The seniors are very helpful in nature in hostel and outside hostel also.

Exam structure is very nice. It is divided in semester wise. In each semester we have 3 test and 2 quizes. The average of 3 test is taken. So the total of the 3 test and 2 quizes will come around 50 marks. and the rest 50 marks semester end exam is given.

The faculty are very good. All are the lecturers have completed Phd in their respective fields. and all are experienced in their field for a long time are are involved in varoius projects funded by foriegn institites.
