Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum present in the college is outdated just like every other course of UGC. The teaching methodologies are also far behind the industry demands so most of us need to study for placements on our own.
Internships Opportunities
The companies like Google, Amazon, Microsft, Flipkart, DE shaw, Atlassian etc all come inorder to provide both internship and placement opportunities to the students over here. They provide a stipened of 50-125K per month.
Placement Experience
After the 6th semester, the students are provided placement and internship opportunities by th TPO of the college. Before the recession period, almost 80-85% students got placed with the highest being 82 LPA and average being 19 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure contains the amount of approx 8.5 Lakhs for the whole course. Scholarships for the SC/ST and EWS categories can be easily availed and apart from this also the government bears the cost of their whole course.
Campus Life
The campus life over here is not so chill for the first years due to the interaction between senior and juniours as maintained by the administration itself. After that, the college life is much good and healty for all of the students. Also clubs and societies can be joined after the 1st year only.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels provided to the first years are somewhat good as in comparison with the other years hostels. But the problem is the congestion, each room designed for 2 people capacity is being used by 3 people. Also the mess food is just okayish.
Admission
The course can be availed by those who have given the JEE Mains exam and based on its rank, we are provided a seat into this college. This exam is held twice in a year and the score best among the two is considered. Reservation benefits can be availed.
Faculty
The faculties present over here are highly qualified and most of them help the students who are willing to study. But some of them also ought to most of the times give back in the subjects to the students.
