My overall experience in college is very good. I like all the laboratories, classes, teachers, etc very much. The atmosphere of the college is very good.
Entrance Preview
I got 182 marks in jee mains. But my family force that you can only study in Delhi/NCR only.So I have to choose a college from Delhi/ncr. Since both ip and uptu college doesn't consider marks scored in jee mains.So i have to take this college last. my big brother signed some documents which are needed. and my marksheet is taken for admission purpose.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is based on actual. And it's more focus on study more than that of practical.and in college also all the practices are not too be completed. the main focus is on studying only not on to create something. only how to get marks are taught. The course is decided by the aktu University.
Internships Opportunities
No, my college doesn't provide any internship. You have to get it from own and from outside only. But most of the students don't get an internship.
Placement Experience
The placements in the college are good, but now, it is decreasing because of the faculty. The students are not trying to do something on their own. The college is trying to invite more companies for placements and also trying to spread awareness among students too. Now the percentage is rising slowly but for CS and it is good.
College Events
Event in my college are The main event is a farewell event in which a superstar came. Other of these many tournaments are held. Including cricket, volleyball, badminton e.t.c.many inter-college events are got held. Many colleges from aktu came to your college for taking participation. mainly the only fest at the level of aktu is only held.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are not too much, but also not very low. It cost me one lakh twenty-eight thousand (1,28,000) for the first year. One lakh fifteen thousand(1'15'000) for the second year, one lakh ten thousand(1,10,000) for the third year and one lakh six thousand five hundred (1,06,500) for the final year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college helps the students in getting a loan or scholarship. There is a special staff of members for helping the students by providing them the knowledge Abou scholarship and loan system.
Campus Life
In the field of extracurricular activities, the college is not so good. It focuses more on the studies, the more emphasis is not done over the extracurricular activities. the dramatic and other societies are been formed but the functionality is not being performed.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I m a hosteller. There is no single room available for any year of students. Two seaters room is available. I pay 65,000 for the hostel. And PGs are available. now I would prefer if the students live in PG because it provided less burden of money as the more can be saved while the food provided is not adequate
Alumni/Alumna
My interaction with the alumni was quite good. The college provides a proper platform for student-alumni interaction. The alumni contribute very much in the development of the student as well as of the college.
Exam Structure
The exam is taken by aktu.in a semester 2 sessional,1 ptu and 1-semester exam are held. Sessional is of 60 marks and PTU and semester exam is of 70 marks. A student must have to clear the put exam to get into the semester exam.and also 75% attendance is mandatory.
Admission
You have to clear an entrance exam if you want to take admission in this college. The exam is based on 12th standard syllabus. I have successfully passed that examination and got my admission. You can also get direct admission if you have some extra ordinay marks in intermediate or you have got good rank in uptu examinations.
Faculty
The faculty of my college are very good except few. All are well knowledge full and most of them are of helping nature.Few are from iits.So faculty have wide knowledge about their branch.college have wide faculty.And one quality is that they are going to help you at any time.
