The Honest review of PSIT

Course curriculum followed is of AKTU. On the other hand college provides us training in almost every field from English speaking to personality development and technical skills of all types. Our trainers are mostly from Hyderabad or Chennai who have already trained thousands of teachers and they provide us to the point knowledge for the company placement drives.

College Is considered best in this region for its placement stats as most of the students get placed. They will you in mass recruiters like Wipro, Infosys, TCS. Average package offered is 4.5 LPA. Companies do visit the college and rest depends upon your hardwork.

We have to pay a fees of 180300 every year. We are fined for late fees. Their is no compensation for anyone, everohas to pay the fees else are hugely fined. College do not provide us scholarship, it is provided by the State Government and you have to apply for it. There is a strict criteria for that as well. We are given a reward of 5000 rupees if we maintain 99% attendance. I really have no idea as I never heard about campus employment.

We don't have much social life as there is a strict restrictions on roaming around the college other than the lunch break. There are no much opportunities to interact with the seniors. Clubs are only active during the fest. Most of the students don't join any club because they are always frustrated about their attendance. Clubs are really inactive here. If you ever think you will have a college life then just forget it.

I scored 88.5 percent in my 12 and 94.2 in my 10th. I had to give an aptitude test which was not so hard. It just required basic mathematical skilss and English. After that a personal interview was scheduled which includes basic topics of computer. The admission process was pretty fair considering in to be a tier 3 college.

Most of the college faculties of PSIT is qualified. They are atleast masters in their fields. Faculties from third year are either p.hd or pursuing it. A feedback session took place every 3 months so that students can give their feedback about the teacher. Rest depenyupon the teachers as you may find some very good while other being very rude and egoistic.

Written test includes a mathematics section, a reasoning section and an English session. It is nit really difficult to qualify the paper as it just involve basic understanding of core concepts of mathematics.its pretty easy Personal interview includes basic questions of computer like array, sorting, basic computing skills. There was no group discussion held.
