- no campus life. you cannot go anywhere in the campus during your recess. library, common room and canteen opens after 10.
- no fests are held as of now. departmental events are there.
Course Curriculum Overview
as I belong to the commerce background, I chose bcom honours to keep my options open and pursue any course I wish to. some of the teachers do teach really well and explain us line to line with real life examples. I think that is the best thing one can do to improve understanding.
Internships Opportunities
summer internships are provided during the months of may-june. you can also talk to the placements head for internships. I have recently completed my 15 day internship at Nirmal Bang, a stock broking company. our task was learning and earning where we were explained about stock market and sales.
Fees and Financial Aid
the college charges us around 29000 INR per semester for this particular course (bcom h.). a sum of 355 is charged as exam fee for the university exams and no other charges. summer internships are offered in sem 2 and 4.
Campus Life
the Shikshayatan entrepreneurship society is the most active club of our college. multiple events from this club are held. alot of other clubs are also available such as debate, theatre, drama, etc. every book is available in the library and you can access them anytime. wifi in the college is available. sports day is held.
Admission
the admission process was all online. eligibility of the course in 55% in the major subject and 45% as aggregate (best of 4). application form is released online and application fees is INR 500. the exams are conducted by the university at the end of every semester. prior to that, internal examinations are conducted. the exams are really easy to score good.
Faculty
the students are way too much in respect to the faculty members. well they handle us really well and it does not hamper our studies and learning experiences. the faculty does take teaching and studies very seriously and conduct regular classes. you can text the teachers or go to the staff room whenever you need them.
