Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is good so far and it is helpful regarding the technical ground, the courses are useful and to the point. The subjects are quite knowledgeable and productive and interesting too. There are 2 semesters in a year.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placements are good so far and every year at least 80% of students get placed and the companies that come to give placements are mostly core companies. The average package every year is 8LPA. So I do have a plan to sit on placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is 9000. The fee structure of our college is very much affordable compared to other technical institutes. Students also get provided with scholarships on the basis of their merit and reservation categories.

Campus Life

5

The Campus Life is quite happening. We have a very big ground for sports and all. Every year a cultural fest is organized in the college and it's a 3-day event and there are many cultural performances to cherish.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostel facility is very good and every student can register for hostel while admissions directly. The food is a bit average but there is no other problem in the hostel other than this. The hostel fee is also reasonable

Admission

The admission is done through entrance exams and there are 20 seats for each North Eastern states and 20 seats for All India quota every year. The entrance exam is divided into three groups, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Faculty

4.5

For every 10 student, there is one faculty assigned, every faculty is a PHD holder and they have good teaching skills. Faculties are quite cooperative and humble with the students and they are easy to access

The course curriculum was good. But it should be better by including more practical and site visits for better learning. The exams were not that much difficult you can pass easily. Exam frequency was also good

The Electrical Engineering course curriculum is quite comprehensive, covering key areas like circuit analysis, electronics, and power systems, which has well-prepared me for real-world applications, although incorporating more hands-on projects and industry insights could further enhance its relevance.

The campus scenario is improving day by day but it is not still upto the mark. Many companies come for hiring but most of which offer only average package of 4LPA which is very less compared to other colleges. Highest package ranges from 8-10 LPA.
