The eligibity criteria to get enrolled in course is that obtained marks should be more than 65%. Application form is available at college official website. The level of exams is moderate to high. Admission process is too long which needs to be less time consuming.
Course Curriculum Overview
The biotechnology department of GEU has impressive achivements. The labs are designed according to biosafety level (BSL) guidelines. All necessary safety measures are taken in labs which help students to perform there research work safely. Class test happens frequently within the gap of not more than 15 days. Mid semester happen after exact two months of start of course.
Fees and Financial Aid
The uni provide scholarships for there female students. scholarships are also given based on marks achieved in previous course. Placement drive takes place every year but the placement rate is too low. Only 1% of students get benefit of these placement drives. The admission fees is compulsory in first semester. The transport fees is also compulsory for all
Campus Life
The college organise fest for its students every year which is worth to attend. The Grafest is generally organised in month of may. Classroom dont have smart boards but many classrooms have projectors which helps making teaching session more interesting.
Faculty
The faculty are very good and well qualified in their fields. Their teaching style is impressive and interactive. It help students to build a healthy relationship with there teachers. Every student is assigned with a mentor with whom he can discuss about all his problems whether its financial problem or problem regarding his studies. The teachers are friendly with students and are always available for their help.
