My review for DIT University, Dehradun

The overall curriculum provided is a mix of theory and practicals. There are real world application and industry key elements included in the curriculum. Altough some topics lacked depth and need more more contet to it. The exam difficulty is moderate to difficult which is balanced .

Fundrising at Tare Zameen Foundation: Remote work duration 1 month stipend: Rupees 1000/month Role: Actively participating in fundrising campaigns. As I have not done any internship, this is all i know about internships for now.

Most of the courses allow students to be placed in the 3rd year. DIT University top recruiters are Amazon, Deloitte, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Bosch, IBM and so on. The average percentage of students getting placements is 95%.

Tuition fee does not increase. It is same for the past 3-4 years. The overall fee which I paid for BCA which is three-year program is approximately 300000. The college provide many scholarships which include overall academic performance scholarship, sports and some others too.

The college holds annual fest Called Youthopia. It has variety of events included. This day and night fest goes on for 3 continuous days. Iy includes cultural, academic, sports and other events. There is a major sports event called Sphurti which is held in state college level. As for the library, they provides almost all the needed books and journals needed. If it is not availbale then they provide digital copy of the same.

For BCA, individual must have had opted science for the 12th degree. I maths was not opted then there is 1 year compulsary maths bridge course. The application form, fees and dates, everything is available on DIT University's official website. The admission procees was pretty much simple. You just had to fill the admission form and then there was a breif personal interview session which focused on motivation and why I ma choosing this college.

The faculty-student ratio is 60:1 which for an university is quiet good. The faculty is very understanding and helpful. The faculty is highly educated. Most of the faculty hold Masters or P.hd degree.
