Near from home and the location is pretty good well it is connected from 2 metro stations Subhash Nagar(Blue Line) & Mayapuri (Pink Line)

Dislikes

Very small college area wise and campus life is also not that great ok ok type

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is of that old pattern only (yes slowly but some small things are changing in the course with the new education policy) . Some industry level things should be taught so that it would help us . The timing of the exam is (usually happens in 10-12 days) for our generally 5-6 subjects for the end semester and 2 mid sem exams per semester

Internships Opportunities

Well for the internships I didn't knew the exact data but many students have got internships and some of them have grabbed off campus too so for the exact data please check the college website .Didn't knew about projects as well.

Placement Experience

From 7th semester I think students are eligible for campus placements exact placements details I alsp don't know for that please check the college website and the average package is around 4-5 LPA and the highest package is around 55 LPA (most probably Off campus)

Fees and Financial Aid

As compared to last year tution fees is increased a little bit by the college but it's still ok complete cost of education would be around 6 Lakhs . They provide all types of scholarship provided by Government of Delhi for the higher education and the scholarships provided by AICTE

Campus Life

There are many societies in the college in which you can join including the technical societies such as (GDSC and IEEE) . Our college also organise the fest (GATES) . Well sports facilities are medicore not that great

Admission

Admission process is quite smooth but the counselling process by GGSIPU was a literally a bad experience they everytime just postponed the seat allotment result which has lead to a lot of delay in the admission. For the admission you need to apply at the GGSIPU admission services portal

Most of the faculty are good and the interaction with teachers is frequent for the doubts but the assignments we get are hectic (literally band bajj jati hai itne saare ho jaate hai kai baar toh)..... But overall teaching is ok

A NICE LITTLE INFO ON MY FAV. DTU

Placement Experience:

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Descriptive Review of MAIT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

So placement cell is not present in college because of low intake of students but the students are very skilled to crack Gsoc , and other internship opportunities which lands them into big company.Also very good alumni network is present in college which boosts the placement of college.

igdtuw is a good college with best placement

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.

GTBIT and GTB4CEC Review

I applied to all the colleges that come under GGSIPU and in the 1st round I got HMR and in the 2nd round of IPU counselling I got this college and then I booked this seat and got my seat allotment letter after paying 60000 for the required seat allotment fees! I chose this college over HMR because HMR is very far away from my home and this college is still nearer as compared to HMR As I said I applied to all the GGSIPU colleges but I got HMR is first round which is very far away from my college so I didnt chose it. So i didnt get rejection from any other college! The admisision process is very simple. You get the college on the basis of your JEE MAINS rank. The cutoff for this college is you'll get CSE branch if your rank is below 3L and CSE specialised branch if rank is below 5L for IT below 6-7L....Read More

MY COLLEGE LIFE AND EXPERIENCE

Eligibility of this course and admission in college is 60% in pcm in 12 boards exam and jee mains entrance exams with good percentile. We can apply and find application form from GGSIPU site and we can fill the registration form and application form from there own site .Dates are mentioned on the GGSIPU website so you can check there. Frequency and timings of exam is medium on their difficultly level.
