Entrance Preview
As my cousin is studying in this college so my father asked me to look for the same and enquiry about the college. I searched about manipal and got to know about it. I liked iat and filled the admission form. Its affiliated to main campus. And it got the best infrastructure too.
Course Curriculum Overview
There are many courses offered here including the tech and non-tech too. The course i'm pursuing is nice and is well taught by great faculties who have studied from top college like iit and nit's and have a past experience working in mnit's and other institutes too
Internships Opportunities
Yes, if someone is interested in doing hardwork and pursuing in its field so he can opt for it. There are many students chapters for students too.
Placement Experience
Placements are equally good. The rate of placement this year is increased. Manipal welcomes major companies for placements like dell, microsoft, securemeter, tcs, airtel,hcl, etc. Sother are job opportunities too.in upcoming year it will surely going to increase.
College Events
There are many events take place in manipal. Few of them are mujmun, abhivarta, onerios, e cell, student chapters, gramiksha etc. One can take part if interested from its first year and can get a good opportuinity of grabing good post in the event management and controlling.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure for b.tech is 2.7lakhs approx and different for other branches too. The hostel fee is 2 lakhs approx plus your other expenses. The fee sturucture is quite expensive compared to other colleges. But its all worthit . Also it is 15km from main city.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes manipal provides scholarship to students who maintain 10goa over all the semester. One can apply for it by filling up the form.
Campus Life
Campus life is amazing in manipal. You will meet different people from different state with different views, got to know about their views. Yes there are many extracurricular activities well maited labs an inter branch competition held in manipal. There are few clubs including the robotics club too with great oppurtunity for all.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities are good provided by the new door hostel. Mess food is good but not that much. But you have other options like saras, dialog, login, 360, etc. To have a food with great taste. These outlets provides night delivery for each student outside their block.
Alumni/Alumna
Its an anti raging campus. Seniors are very coperative and help to sort out many things for you. They introduce you to many clubs.
Exam Structure
Exams are conducted in a very strict manner. There are two sessionals and one end semester examination for a semester. In between there are may quizes that take place here by the respective faculties. Passing in every subject is 35 and you must have to score that. Relative marking is there.
Admission
My cousin is studying in the same college so he asked me to fill the admission form. All you need to do is just fill it online for a particular fee and select the slot for the examination which is conducted online. You are told your mark just after the exam. And according to your rank you have to go for admission process in manipal and select your branch.
Faculty
There are many faculties ranking from assistant professor to professor, hod and vc. The teachers here have a good working experience in well recognized institutions like mnit, nit, amity, lmnit etc. Many faculties arrange special meets with professor from globe.
