Course Curriculum Overview

I'm not sure about the other specialization. But yes for HR we had good internship opportunity and even we had good external teachers they were actually great regarding labour laws and payroll management

If there is good company with good stipend or even not but then brand matters too and also the location Few tips any company that comes check the website go through that understand their industry connect people on LinkedIn check the location according to your comfort because then you can't travel 20 km everyday. check with intership timings And most important ones you get intership from college you can't apply again through college for 2 internship once you get the congratulations mail you are not eligible for applying other internship which was not mentioned to us if by chance you don't want to work where you got selected or there is another intership and you are sure you will get selected then to draw the previous intership you have to pay fine.

I'll tell you the the students who are placements really get placed well has they have all the data and they are the first to interract so you must try to get into placement cell as per my experience and I've seen that.

Fees and Financial Aid

As now of the isbs got autonomous so the fee structure must have changed and you have to pay extra 50000 for your placement process and all for your personality development and there is no option to exclude it

Campus Life

There are different clubs and commitments I'm into ecell as well as HR representative. Teachers will help you out and participate in gusto which is igi level festival special the the labella and other stuff

Hostel Facilities

There are basically 3 hostel 2 of them are in universe campus and that's only for girls. There is no concept like you can take only hostel and not mess it's both included . And the 3 one where i had stayed is arusai hostel behind tapasya campus. No matter what the in time is 9:30 only after that your parents will be called. For night out and all you have to fill out the night out form and then take signatures all the mentioned ppl they will talk to your parents and then only you will allowed for night out .

Hostel Fee: INR 134000 per year

Admission

To get addmission the Mh Cet is required and for other students who's name didn't get listed they can apply through external with additional donation and all. The exams that were taken was by sppu only but now it's changed you need to check or visit isbs

As it's sppu affiliated only the revised syllabus is taken which is hardly any practical based. The only thing matters is the confidence and knowledge that's is important at the time of interview and which is lacking here

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.
