Review for MVGR

I have chosen CSIT as I thought that it would be better as it,s a combination of both Comuter Science And IT subjects.We currently follow the R23 curriculum which not only focuses on our core subjects likeC,Java,but also focuses on basic engineering subjects like civil, mechanical, electrical, electronics and AUTO CAD(Drawings) also.This curriculum Develops you to be an Engineer at first and then to Be a Computer Science Engineer.We face exams with a good gap for preparation.If you prepare atleast 1 hour a day you can be a good scorer.

I have not experienced any internships as I,m of 1st year in our college. But I have heard that there are good amount of internship opportunities from the 3rd year. The students are very satisfied with the internship opportunities provided.

We are eligible for placements in MVGRCE after the completion of fifth Semester i.e, after 3rd year I semester. We have a pretty good placement record with companies like Amazon, CISCO, Pfizer, infosys, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini ,Accenture, pennant and Tech Mahindra etc.. We get and average package of 5LPA for students who have qualified for placements.

The tution fee increases every year like 10 k per year for admissions throught EAPCET counselling and and it is currently around 85k per year and for admissions throught Management it would increase 50 k per year which is currently 3.25 lacs for CSE and 2.75 lacs for other CSE courses.

We conduct freshers every year for newly joined students of 1st year generally in the month of August or September. We have a pretty big ground with ACA association and a good college cricket team. We have good number of student run clubs as well like SWECHA.

We have a 2table and 2chairs provided with two beds in our hostel room which accomodates 2 students per room. Meal quality is good and menu is not so suitable for an average non-vegetarian as they provide chicken for only one time in a week.

We must have qualified in EAPCET and must have cleared till 12th to join this college under any circumstances. For normal admissions join thought EAPCET counselling process and for Management quota contact the college Management at the college in Chintalavalasa (Vizianagaram). Cutoff for CSE is around 15 k for general and nearly 25k for other CSE specializations.

The faculty to children ratio is pretty appreciable ???????? and there,s no problem with the faculty to children ratio.There are many senior faculty with PHD,s(atleast 2 for every department) and few newly joined faculty.But this college is a safe house for many faculty and many do not change.We can easily approach the faculty and interact with them.But some faculty are rude sometimes and many are kind.
