Course Curriculum Overview
My branch is CSE with specialisation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Leaning. The curriculum is designed in such a way that is sufficient for placements and entrance exams like Gate. Faculties also use smart classes for better and easy understanding the concepts. In a sem, two Mid Sem Exams are conducted and then End Exam is conducted. The level of exam is kept moderate.
Internships Opportunities
Above 50 companies come every year for placements. Major companies including TCS, IOCL, Trilogy, GAIL, BNY Mellon etc. provide good packages. College also provided internships in order to give the technical knowledge as well as knowledge about working in companies.
Placement Experience
Placements for this year are quite low. Most of the students remain unplaced. Students can participate in placement process from 7th Sem. Above 50 companies come every year for the placements including TCS, Trilogy, IOCL etc. The average package is around 3.5 lakhs and the highest package was 4 crore. Around 40-50% students got placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
My JEE Rank was under 150000. I took admission in the college using MPDTE counseling where I got admission in TFW seat. Normally, the fees for a year is around 127000rs but due to TFW seat, my fees is around 10000 per year. Various scholarship schemes are also provided including Medhavi scholarship, MP Taas etc.
Campus Life
Various cultural and technical functions are conducted every year. A 2-3 day function Swaranjali is conducted every year as an annual function. Hackathons are also conducted for competitive programing. There are more than 50k+ books are present in the library. Free internet connection is also provided in the library. Various grounds including cricket, basketball, badminton, swimming pool etc. are also present for physical activities.
Admission
If a student wants to get admission in the college, he/she can apply in MPDTE counselling. It requires a little bit good JEE Mains rank to get the admission in the desired branch. My JEE rank was under 150000 so I get my desired branch i.e. CSE-AIML.
Faculty
Faculties are well trained, experienced and supportive. The faculty to student ratio is 75 for my branch. I frequently interact with my faculties for any doubts and they always helped me. Smart classes are also present for easy learning.
