Management should focus on the placement to bring more companies to the college.

It has a very good campus and very good academic records too. It had a decent placement record too. The academic fee was also affordable. Moreover, it was the best college I had for my cutoff. A alumina from this college too suggested me to go with this college.

Since this an affiliated college, the college follows the curriculum set up by Anna University. I am a 2013 regulation student so we had no credit based choice system, whereas the 2017 and following students will have credit based choice system. Each semester curriculum shall have a blend of lecture courses not exceeding 7 and laboratory courses not exceeding 4.

Yes, our college provides internship but only a few. There were only one or two internships provided. The stipend will range from 5k to 10k based on the company. Apart from internships, it provides a lot of implant training too.

The only major drawback is the diminishing number of placement opportunities in CIET. The regular recruiters include Info view, Aspire Systems, Tech Mahindra etc.you can find the detailed recruiters in the college website. There are only IT and BPO companies visit our college.No core companies. The salary packages are decent not too high and not too low.

There will be a lot of technical events conducted in the college campus. Each department will conduct at least 3 events in a semester. Apart from the technical events, there will a few nontechnical events too. The college will hold it's annual day at the month of March. There will be no sports day and there will be no festival celebrations too.

The best thing in the college is its fee structure. The fee structure is so feasible. It collects only the fee structure by the university, not a penny more. The fee is less and feasible when compared to most of the colleges. But the bus fee is a bit high, it's only due to the distance from the city.

The college does not provide any scholarship apart from scholarship provided by the government. The college provides a special scholarship if a brother or sister of the alumni studies in the college.

Campus life is fun. The location of the college makes it the best place to have a great fun. The college has a decent gender nearly 1:1. There is an equal number of male and female students. Ni discrimination, no race policies, no student societies, and no politics a perfect place to enjoy.Plenty of things to do on the campus.

I am a day scholar so I do not know about the hostel facilities. But I have heard from my friends staying at a hostel that the facilities are a bit poor. The quality of food is not good. The hostel facilities are not up to the mark for the fee they collect.

The alumni network are very helpful. The help us with our placement training activities. Apart from this, they help us in referring for jobs too. The one strong pillars of the college are the Alumni network.

The exams are held by Anna University. The exams are always fun with a lot of holidays in between the successive exams. Normally the lab exams come first, there will be no gap between the lab exams. The theory exams come after a week or two weeks after the lab exams. The theory exams generally take a month long to get over.

The admission is purely by counselling held by the Anna University based on the cutoff marks obtained in the 12th standard. I had q cutoff of 173.75 in my 12th std, I applied to Anna University counselling and went to the direct counselling held at Anna University, Chennai. Based on my marks I got a bunch of colleges all over Tamilnadu and I chose this college.

The faculties are well equipped with the knowledge to lead or guide the students. Most of the faculties are doctorates or pursuing their PhD. They help their students with their academics and projects. There are faculties who are specialized in a particular domain. Apart from regular lectures, there is a number of guests lectures given by our seniors and alumni students too.
