I had given JEE after HSC and my rank was 4698. I took admission in this college because it is one of the best college in gujarat and it has good placement opportunity.

Many company come for internship here as Nirma is such famous collage in Gujarat. But i heard about only 2 company because i am still in 3rd semester. One of them was The Goldman Sachs which offered stipend of was about 20000. And other was codechef and freescale.

Placement and job opportunities are very good here. Almost 90% if the students get job through placement. If class is of 120, then minimum 90 of them will be selected. Average package offered is 350000 per year. I am not sure about the maximum, but this year in early placement period 3 student got package of 1000000 freescale. Famous also company come for placement such as HP, INTEL , NVIDIA and etc. There are many more but i don't remember now.

Nirma also does extra activity apart from study. There are many clubs formed in nirma such as rotract club , ISTE etc. This club arranges many competitions and programs. They also sometimes invites celebrties in the collage. Nirma arranges sports day, technical festival and cultural program every year without fail. Nirma also takes part in Robocon which nirma is winning at national levels from three years. nirma also celebrates Navratri every year.

Collage Fee is about 1,40,000 rupee per year which is high compare to other collages in the Gujarat. In other collages average fee is about 60,000 rupee.

Student loan is available in nirma same as any other collage. Nirma gives books to the student with low income, for very low prize on merit basis to top 10 from each department.

Nirma has best campus i have ever seen in any collage in gujarat. You will feel like you are on garden when you are in campus.There are three sports ground. Nirma arranges NU-TECH in which there are many technical and extra competition. Students from other collage can also take part in it.

Hostel facilities is not available for B.tech students. It is available for M.tech students. But i heard that they are starting to make hostel for B.tech students.

Each student have email which remain active after leaving collage so you can contact any student through email and ask for any advice or help. Senior students also gives you advice about placement and future plan.

As i explained earlier Nirma follows continuous evaluation system, meaning everything you do or write will be reflected in result. Exam is based on practical question rather than just typical theoritacl questions. Lab is also excellent and have full amoun

Professor here are very supportive. They will even teach student in their cabin if student got any doubt anytime. Each professor have email id. You can even mail them about your doubt. They will encourage for extra project and other education related stuf
