The college strictly follows National Commission guidelines. there teacher teaches by SDL, and seminar for conducted for every topic. there group is made of 4 students. They prepare their own allowed topic presentation in the lecture theatre.

Our internship is not started yet. these are told on the basis of knowledge gained by Seniors. The internship is compulsory for 1 year after completing 4.5. Year of MBBS. There is no bond in Punjab Medical College In undergraduate The internship is conducted in various departments of gmc Amritsar month-wise. After completing the internship there is recent news there must be do compulsory job in Mohalla clinic before doing a job in Punjab state hospitals.

The tuition fee is high govt medical college when we Compared to other nearly states. There is a 5% increase in fees for every students who joins the college. those already studying in college. But for new admissions, there is a 10% increase in fees every year. Total cost including all charges for the whole course is 14lakh. There is a scholarship known as AMDAANA. for this parent's income should not be more than 8lakh. scholarship awarded is up to 2 lakh based on merit given to phase 3 MBBS students. Every year there is a sports event in our college in month of November or December Sports are conducted in multiple games.

The campus of gmc amritsar is the largest in all over Punjab. campus spread in 163acre area with green plantations, lawns, football grounds, volleyball grounds, and cricket grounds. College authority with MSA( medical student association )there every year sports meet where intra-college events perform winner get valuable prizes. If we talk on classrooms then new classrooms are in process with 300 capacity of students .old classrooms are not in good condition in college. Every year PSM department conducts nukkad natak , various drama events like laal batti.

Our room is spacious with and fully aerated Provided with table and chair along with almirah We have multiple messes that provide us with good quality food 3 times a day The hostel is affordable for everyone and the registration process is quite simple.

For eligible to govt .seat in medical college student should be residence of Punjab with 11th,12th from Punjab is mandatory. Application form is available on baba farid university website where eligible candidate can apply online mode . Merit list produced by university with all state candidates .students fill their college choice .according to their rank and which college they want .

If we consider that the faculty-to-student ratio is low more students in a batch like in other colleges in India, its very difficult for a teacher to maintain discipline with double no.of students in other colleges. but there are Pgs that maintain the discipline of lecture theatre. but all faculty members have knowledge up to depth of subjects. they use simple and easy methods to teach.
