Remarks
Only one thing to say, some students are not getting as good marks as per their performance. Those who deserve more get less because they did not build relationships with faculty and those who deserve less gets more because of good relationships with faculty.
Entrance Preview
Because it was near to my house and is a small university. This tends to better management and understanding between teachers and students. This university gives industrial training after every semester which is very very beneficial to students. They experience the actual environment of the industry and what an engineer has to do in his job. GSFC University is a very good university.
Course Curriculum Overview
In GSFC university there are limited subjects. Teachers are supposed to come to class and teach on board or projector. Whatever teacher teaches is the course and in the exam, everything will be asked from what teacher taught in class. The course curriculum is as simple as a primary school.
Internships Opportunities
Yes GSFC University provides the internship. In fact, this is the only college or University all over the Gujarat or maybe India which provides 1 month of Internship after every semester. We get to learn a lot from that internship. Especially the experience of what engineers do in industries.
Placement Experience
GSFC university is a new University. The very First batch is yet to pass out. After they pass out we will come to know about the placements and job opportunities. The management keeps telling students that there will be 80% placements but after the first batch pass outs we will come to know the truth.
College Events
At GSFC University nearly every festival is celebrated. In every February-march there is a sports compilation which includes cricket, football, badminton, volleyball, chess, Quiz etc. Festivals and competitions like Rangoli, Holi, Navratri, Ganpati etc are celebrated.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees are Quite high as compared to other colleges. Per semester you need to pay fifty thousand rupees (50000/-). And three thousand as extra fees. There are special seats for which you need high rank in 12th exam and you have to pay only three thousand (3000/-)Rupees per semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the University offers a scholarship to students. If a student scores more than 80% in semester exam he/she is offered a scholarship.
Campus Life
Campus is small but very simple to remember and very clean. Campus life is good there are no restrictions for roaming around campus and enjoying. Girls are very less in number. There are labs for subjects but there are no sports facilities in University.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities were a bit uncomfortable in starting but now facilities are improved after taking feedback of students who live in a hostel. Food which is provided in mess is good in Quality but not sufficient and is not good in quality. Food can be better.
Alumni/Alumna
As the University os small and has less number of students, each and every student of University know one another by face at least. There are no issues of raging and harassment.
Faculty
As GSFC university is a very small University, There are only 4-6 branches. So the students at the University are very less. Based on the number of students, the management system is also small. There may be 12-20 faculty for whole University. The faculty is very polite, supportive and friendly.
