Good infrastructure and a nice atmosphere. One of the top rated colleges in South Tamil Nadu. Teachers are well experienced. The college that gives importance to sports. Great placement opportunities. But only IT companies come for placements. Core companies come rarely.

The course is based on the Anna University syllabus which will be covered by the faculties in the most effective way. There will be 8-semester exams where each semester will have 3 internal exams which asses the internal mark. The additional exam will be kept if we have the low internal mark.

No, the college does not provide any internship. We have to find it out by ourselves. Only job placements will be taken care.

Great placement opportunities. But only IT companies come for placements. Core companies come rarely. Companies with salaries starting from 2.5 LPA to 6 LPA comes for recruitment. The college has a very good placement cell which ensures that every student is getting placed.

Many events will be celebrated in college. College Day will be celebrated every year and at the same time, hostel day will be celebrated in each and every hostel every year. Apart from this, every department will have department symposiums which are conducted by the respective students of that department. Sports day will be conducted every year.

I studied in this college from 2011 to 2015 and I will say about that fee structure. Each year the tuition fee comes around ninety thousand and the hostel fee each year comes around fifty thousand. When comparing other colleges the fee here is very reasonable.

Scholarship of twenty five thousand will be given for merit management students if they perform good in their first year. Loan is not offered by the college.

Campus life will be average as the college is strict. Gender ratio will be 40:60 where boys will be less in a class. Not good in diversity. Good extracurricular opportunities as there are many culbs like fine arts music and dance clubs in the college. Labs have all equipments. Sports facilities and ground will be average. Inter college competitions will be less

One thing that is extremely good about this college is that it has excellent hostel facilities and mess food. I would say it is the best when comparing with other colleges. Every day they will clean the floor and restrooms. WiFi facilities are good. Food is excellent. They have RO plant and the drinking water is good. They will provide non veg for four times a week.

Mepco have wide alumni network as the college is thirty three years old each and every alumni is in top level of many organisation.

Exam structure is like there will be eight semesters which will be conducted in the span of 4 years. Each year 2 semesters and for each semester there will be three internal exams. Each internal exam will be conducted for 50 marks and the average of 3 internal exams will be taken and converted into 20 marks. Rest 80 marks are the external marks which will be written for 100 marks and then converted to 80.

There are three ways you can enter college. One is through the 12th public exam. If you get more marks(cutoff 195/200 for ECE) you can join in merit. Second is through merit management where you have to pay some 30k extra per year than the regular fee (this is applicable only if you get a decent cutoff mark like 185/200). The third is joining by management seat where you have to give the donation of about 7 lakhs apart from regular fees for ECE.

Faculties are good and have great potential as they have more experience. Most of the faculties have completed PhD which is highly essential for every faculty. Faculties are punctual in time and are very strict towards studies. They have more practical knowledge about their subject.
