overall college is a good college but overall development of a student is not possible in it

i opted this particular college for my bachelor of engineering is due to the reputation of the college in Gujrat and even because of it's government quota and its infrastructure and also due to the teaching staff.i particularly opted this college because it is government afflicted

the course and curriculum are quite a bit of old they have not revised the course since years the course helps you to get through the theioretical part in good way but lacks to provide you the necessary practical knowledge the students have been seeking as an engineer.

no our college does not provide any kind of internship. they only allow us to do training of 15 to 16 days.

placement and job opportunity lacks in our college some mass recruiter like TCS and INFO chips come to our college and take 20 or 30 people from whole college and that too not in their respective branch. our placement officer are not that active that it should be for a college

there are no events celebrated in our college small even like blood donation camp etc are organized by NSS vgec students but officially events like technical fest or cultural fest of college are not celebrated after the appointment of the new principal.

fee structure is feasible to everyone as being a government college the fees structure is extremely minimum for everyone. fees structure is 1900 is college fees per semester and 850 or 800 according to subjects is the GTU exam fees for a student. so overall its around 2500.

our college provides us the MYSY mukhiyamantri swavlamban yojna which i have availed and also allows up to apply in many other government scholarships

campus life is pretty good here gender ratio is approx 100:70 here and there is lot of diversity in our college sports have events like vishwacup. we have may clubs concerning for many different competition such as robotics, debates they are pretty good.

hostel facility is good according to the price of hostel the hostel fare is 3000 per year so it is very minimal for everyone to afford and hostel admission is based on merit list of the students. we don't have a proper mess in college or hostel leading students to eat outside food

vgec alumini is very active and seniors are very helpful to each and every students in our college.

exam structure or pattern is same as for a regular student 70 marks are of semester examination 30 marks are for internal assessment and 50 marks are of viva and project works.this is the structure the college has been using in years and is found quite productive for students

i got admission in this college through to a long admission procedure set by the acpc of gujrat by Gujrat government. i went through a list of procedure like got a acpc rank for me then got to select different colleges in which i wanted to go and then the college selectes the one eligible

most of the faculty of our college are appointed through exam like GPSC so each and every faculty of our college have e very good knowledge of respective subjects but the power to convey that knowledge to the students to make them understand the things they understood is lacking in many faculties.
