Good campus life

The campus provide hands on experience in this course. The curriculum is updated according to the new trends in the field of forensic science. They provide hands on experience on case studies, projects, laboratory experiments and whole crime scene investigation exposure from the 1st step reaching to crime scene till getting it the evidence collected packed and sent to the particular department for their examination. Here we have learnt about FIR (First Information Report) proper sealing of evidence and labelling them. They have prepared us for real world crime investigation. But i think their is still some improvement is needed in curriculum as the course provides us all the detailed learning about the laboratory related and investigation related things but with upcoming trends i think we should also learn the crime related to digital platforms like cyber crime, frauds, scams, Phishing which are new crime trends in our society so that we can get more job opportunities in forensic field

here were less opportunities for job vacanies in the campus for forensic students. No internship or dissertation training was offered by the campus. We all have to take our internship and dissertation training from outside the campus. Yes the campus faculty helped us in finding good company or laboratory for doing internship or dissertation and they also suggested some to many students when student failed to search by their own. I have written my research paper and got it published in international journal in which campus faculties and the laboratory supervisor helped me

In Galgotias University the fees for Master's in Forensic Science is 60,000rs per year including tution fee, service fees and other compulsory charges. In forensic science at my time there is no scholarships or financial aid was available for any student. The college select students based on their bachelor degree marks and merit in any entrance exam which you have given to take admission in master's. There was no campus placement provided to us

Overall campus life was fantastic, i enjoyed my campus time. There are so many festivals and events are conducted during my time like freshers party, teacher's day celebration, Valentine's whole week celebration which used to include lots of games and prizes. Our college also conduted blood donation campaign in college, sports day in which didifferent sports were played by students at various levels, college election were also held at our college. Our college library was full of different course books and journals even they provide others books also other than course book for some extra knowledge and entertainment like novels, biographies and story books too. There are many social groups, clubs and student portals in our college

For Masters in forensic science you need 55% marks in your bachelor's degree from any reputed institution. Application form and each every detail related to admission process is easily available on the galgotias university official website. When i applied in 2019 the application fees was 1000rs, may be now it has been increased. Admission in different courses gets start from march-april and gets end till august. No i didn't avail any reservation benefit. There are total 4 semesters in masters of forensic science and 1 compulsory research paper which you have to get published in any good journal in order to get a degree. Admission is mainly in seminar hall where all the concerned admission related faculties and staff sit and where student and their parents are given each and every single detail. Admission process is quite good but they call everyone at 1 time which makes the seminar hall more crowded, i think they can do something for this

Mostly the faculty members are highly qualified teachers like many of them have done PhD and some are pursuing PhD while teaching us. There are so many faculty members in my class i have only 22 students and we have teacher for every particular subject. Faculty is nice very supportive and motivating. They focus on each and every student learning. Now also for any kind of guidance help i used to consult my campus teacher and they never said no to me.
