5 year B.A. LLB Honours course offered here. After Passing from this college you can practicing in any Court in India as an Advocate. I took admission for this institute have a good faculty and the admission process is simple. Even low course fees from others colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is a very demanding course in this present era. Only this course can opt a person who come from any stream like Arts, Science, Commerce. Having a degreeb of Bachelor of Laws is very respected. While you are in law schoo, you can prepare yourself for judiciary examination.

College provide annual stipend for alumni who scored top in total course. Apart from that college help student who belongs to minotity community.
Placement Experience
After graduation all student have the oppurtunity to practicing as an junior advocate. Apart from that Judiciary, Law officer, Academics, Corporate sectors, Legal Managers, etc are invites fresh law graduates. Almost every sector need a law graduates,so the course is very demanding.
College Events
Every year we celebrate Republic Day, Mother toung language day, Indepence Day, National Law Day etc. The most biggest programme we organise i.e. Fairwell. Students who passing out batch are celebrated.This is the most cultural event happens this day. And all the alunmi and ex-faculties are invited on this day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is very feasible. Total course cover only in 1.2 lakh rupees. One of the cheapest rate in WB. No other Law school have this cheap rate. At the time of Admission we should pay 21 thousand and each semester we paid 9 thousands only. No hidden charges here.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no loan facility provide by college but if somobody wants to apply for loan into a bank then the collge support that student.
Campus Life
Approximately 7:3 is the current gender ratio of our college. Annual Sports were held in the month of February. Parliamentary debates, National Moot Court Competition are organized every year. Most preferably is Moot Court Competition. In 2019 MABIJS Moot Society presents National Moot Court.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel food is very good, with cheap price. 3 days provide non-veg and other days only veg. In hostel around 150 students living and they comfort with hostel facilities and food. Hostel building and College campus is very near, around 100 meters. Hostel campus is very secure.
Alumni/Alumna
My all seniors are get in touch. They are partising in District Courts and I have intenrs with them. They always suggest me for go to the corporate sector. Also help me for practical working experince which is required every law students.
Exam Structure
This course has Semester wise exam structure. Total 10 semester in 5 years. At the end of every semester there is a final exam. We paid Rs. 600 for each semester exam. Apart from that we have assignements like viva, moot court, class presentation, seminars, mock examination etc.
Admission
I have all the criteria which is required to get the admision.The student who have 45% marks in High School for general candidate and for SC, ST and OBC 40% required for admission. Candidate Must not exceed 20 years of age for General and 22 years for SC, ST and OBac.
Faculty
All faculties have knowledge of theoretical as well as practical. Practical knowledge in this field is very much important. We have faculties like Ex-Judge, Law Officer(as a guest), etc. Director of our college was a Civil Judge Junior Divison, Darjeeling
