Entrance Preview

Vellore no.1 college when compared to other engineering college.. I thought its very jolly college we can enjoy the college life happily but its all went wrong we are going to college by fate.. BUT I am happy because of palagiduchii..so sad of us.

Course Curriculum Overview

I love to build some thing according to mechanical as well as civil based its fully came from by daddy because he is my inspiration and my real life heroo... That's all.

Internships Opportunities

Offcourse last year also we went to Bangalore internship Shoba developers up to 12 days...last semester we went to Trichy up to 7 days

It's not much good all undeveloped company is arriving and I didn't have much interest in it because I want to study M.E

College Events

We celebrate cultures in odd semester...sportsday and placement are celebrated in even semester but they conduct in short duration so the event for each department permitted is very low so some students cant able to show their talents...symposium is not conducting in our college nowadays...

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees are not much higher but if some student fails to Pay the fees they are not allowed to attend the semester it's not fare...some faculties didn't help too. Solve this. Kind of problems.

They are more careful on scholarship but some students were cheating in the income certificate its not fare...no loan they get money only from us

Unknown life. I am very interested in sports but in our college sports faculty are not good and they refer only their favorite student for sports... The lab is not a soo good average level lab and in our computer-aided drafting and drawing room, not proper AC facility...

Hostel Facilities

Food is not soo Good.. even food serving peoples were treating us rudely... Hostel. Facilities are good but hostellers have to study timing at night

Yaa they are always supporting us and they are awesome... But they are not happy with their works...

Yaa its good infrastructure is also soo good there is no doubt in it.

Admission

I came by Anna university councilling... I paid one lakhs to this college to get a seat in this particular college...because I got a low percentage in 12th standard but I got a seat in this college by anna university councilling. They didn't return us that one lakh if u read this pls help me too. Get that money from them...

In my dept faculty were awesome they are called real faculty..they will be friendly with us and always supporting. But sometimes if we do some mistake they call our parents...head of the department faculty is my favorite he always support us and he believes us.

Students through councling receives great offers in fees structure and for toppers having 190 +cutoffs get more offers like 50000 off over all fees will be 6-7lakhs for 4 years ,and moreover the fees was increasing year by year for the demand of this course and for management students the the donation for the courses is varies for example for cse course the donation will be 4lakhs and fees will be 3.8lakhs for other courses the fes structure will be varied the best part of this college is the food on a week only Friday we will have veg and for all other days we will have nonbeg

Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

I have applied for VIT in vellore. I got seat in that, but my rank in that too far to get the seat i needed. So I chosen this college for my career. Find your right path from someone's journey experience

I had applied to three colleges in Vellore the first preference is VIT Vellore institute of technology, and the next Thanthai Periyar Government College Of Engineering and lastly Kingston Engineering College which is nearer to my home. I am not able to join VIT because the course fees are too high for 4 years nearly 3.5 lakhs per year which is not affordable to my parents, And the reason the next college is seats are filled for BE Electronics and communication engineering which I preferred. so finally I joined Kingston engineering college. I availed OBC quota for my admission to Kingston Engineering College. The Admission criteria for B.E ECE is one must complete HSC or 12 the grade in any state of India with a minimum of 65% in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and age should be above 18 years.
