Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is not just about text book knowledge, the field trips ensure the technicalities are explained and the concepts are clear. As a logistics and supply chain student, I was eager to learn more about real world knowledge so the need was fulfilled when field trips to logistics companies were held.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Amazon, technoedge, LotusFlare, Firefly productions and events, shoppers stop, Den Publications etc. The roles were mostly of sales executive, content writer, customer service, video editor, marketing etc.

Placement Experience

From 4th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Companies like Amazon, LotusFlare, SUAREA CONSULTING PVT LTD etc. FINAL PLACEMENT OFFER - COMPANY - PETPOOJA Salary - 3.36 LPA Job role - executive - retention. 100% I am planning on going for masters.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is divided into 3 installments and the if the student is going through some financial issues, they extend an arm to excuse the student for the time being. The current situation when it comes to the internship opportunities, the stipend is very impressive and motivational.

Campus Life

The campus life is legit intriguing. There is an annual function named GUSTO once a year. There are communities that hold various activities and programs. You can join them as you please and learn more about management when events are held. There is a smart TV in every class to show educational videos and PPTs.

Admission

The eligibility might differ every year. They first introduced the campus and the classrooms. After filling the admission form they conducted a online test with normal math, science, language. I am unaware of the reservation benefits. Exams are held approximately after every 4 months of curriculum.

Faculty

The faculty members are very friendly and strict when suitable. They ensure that the students don't feel left out. As a science student, I was new to certain concepts and they ensured personally that I understood those concepts. They help you grow and push you to break out of your comfort zone. They also helped me discipline myself and not second guess my potential. The teaching methods differ yet somehow that's what makes it so diverse.

Interview Experience

The entrance test for admission was in MCQ format. This test consists of questions related to math, science, commerce, literature, and overall logical reasoning. This test can be conducted online as well as offline.

BMCC college provide the internship as well as placements to the interested students. Average package in BMCC college your can expect 4 lpa and the highest can go up to 7 lakhs. In BMCC college well known companies like JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, BNY mellon,HDFC Bank, Wipro , Infosys, Tata Motors, Zomato etc have came for the Placement. Looking at the current scenario in the market placements are okay in BMCC college. But still it can be improved college needs to get more well known reputated companies also they should make sure to get a good job role for the students.

Placement Experience:

WWI has a Placement Cells that keeps a track on opportunities for students. There is a mandatory internship that students need to complete after completion of sem 4 before sem 5 is commenced. Students can also get internships in the winter break during sem5. There are various live projects that students can work on depending on their interests and experience during the academic year. Final Placement opportunities are posted to students during sem 6 where students need to list themselves and let the cell know about their interests and priorities.

I chose indira institute of management pune over other colleges because of its strong reputation affialtion with savitribai Phule Pune University and the well structured BBA Program. The practical learning,industry exposure and supportive faculty make it stand out from other options that i considered.
