Due to the good study climate, better focus towards both study and sports, Has all the 3 branches of NCC, renowned name, highly qualified and experienced teachers, well-built rooms and furniture, labs with the latest equipment, updated computers for computer students.

The course curriculum is available in libraries, with the respective subject teacher, and on the official website of Panjab University. A student just needs to login to the student portal and then the student can access the freshly revised syllabus of the respective year.

As the college also provide pg courses, the internships are offered to the students. There are paid internships as well.

Placement and job opportunities are less for ug courses and more for pg courses. The companies visit the college during the second last semester and an interview is held for the eligible candidates who have qualified the academic criteria for sitting in the interview.

Panjab University regional youth festival, cultural festivals and programs star night are also held by the ruling party. Many renowned stars and singers have been called to perform at the starlight. Rest of all the events are free to watch but for straight a tiny amount of money is taken.

The fee structure of the college is very feasible. The college takes the fee annually and it is way less than you would expect it to be for your desired course. As the admission process is online and merits based, the admission is only given to deserving candidates so there are no donations.

To my knowledge, there is no scholarship test held within the campus. But external tests are always notified to students.

The campus life is very cool in this college as it is well-planned college. The gender ratio is pretty decent. Competitions like debates etc are held on a monthly basis. Sports competitions are also held inside the college, and a team of college also participates in many competitions.

The hostel facility is very good. The food is great. There are 3 bed and 2 bedrooms available in the hostel according to the choice. The balcony is provided with every room for an open environment. Wardens are very friendly and helpful. One of the better-built hostels.

If anyone needs any human help. The seniors are always helpful. They provide all the information they can.

Exam structure is semester based in this college. Quarterly tests are also held in form of most( mid-semester tests) to test the performance of students before the final exams. Also, regular class tests are conducted by respective subject teachers for all subjects.

First, a student has to log in to the student portal of education department Chandigarh. Then he/she have to fill all the required information(marks, previous school, course etc). Then have to set the preferences of college in Chandigarh. After 2 weeks the merit list is displayed and the eligible student can take admission in the allotted college

The faculty of the college is always available during the college timings. (except the lecture timings of the teacher). If a person needs to meet them, they are available in the department room of their respective subject.but only during the college timings.
