My college experience

It’s a well known and reputed college in Hyderabad. College is best for girls , as they concern and concentrate on uplifting students for better future.This college deals with practical knowledge over theoretical knowledge, practical labs are excellent.

The teachers are helpful, and they are qualified too. 80% of them are knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good not best though, digital and classroom methods are used to teach. The student to faculty ratio is 15:1. We don't get any industry exposure. The course curriculum is useful.

This college doesn't provide any kind of internships to the students. In this case, this college doesn't reached the students expectations.

Around four companies visited our college to conduct placements in the previous year, but only two companies such as Infosys and Amazon visited our college this year. Overall, 29 students were selected for Infosys and around 90 students for Amazon. The lowest package offered was 1.7 Lacs per annum and the average package offered was 2 Lacs per annum. The roles offered to students were customer associate for non-voice and email chat processes in Amazon. The college doesn't have a placement cell.

The cultural events like fresher's, farewell, traditional day, etc., are conducted. The fest is conducted only once a year where college doesn't allow other college students to participate in it. The total number of students in the college is around 2500.

According to fee, this college tops the list. Fee is very reasonable in this college. Every middle class people can afford the fees in this college. In 2014, the college fee is 42000. Now the college fee increased to 50000. Along this students should pay jntuh fee and extra transport fee.

Some of the eligible students get fee reimbursement which is of 35000. There is no loan options in this college.

Industry exposure was provided by conducting guest lectures on our core topics. In each semester, we have workshops which are very useful and informative like solar PV cell, PLC, etc. The course curriculum is very useful.We do have sports team who won many competitions in different events.

The Quality of food provided in this college canteen is good, and the prices are reasonable. The college doesn't provide any hostel or bus facilities. There are many private girls hostels around the college. I didn't face any problem in this college.

Alumini network in this college is good. The college has a strong alumini base with a large number of students going abroad to pursue their masters degree or end up working in the corporate world.

This college follows jntuh exam pattern. Exam centers will be provided in different colleges. All the students exam papers are corrected by jntuh. In each year, we have 2 semester exams and also internal and external lab exams for which external come from other college for evaluation.

I have taken eamcet entrance exam in 2014. I got 32000 rank in the entrance exam. Through web counseling, according to the girls and caste category I got seat in electrical and electronics engineering branch.This process is simple. You can also join through B.category which isbased on Jee exam marks. This college doesn't charge any donations for joining.

All the faculty members are well-qualified and very helpful in studies and other activities. Their teaching quality is good, and they help us in practicals by giving presentations. They conduct seminars for students. We have sufficient faculty members for all the students.
