- I don't like the washrooms at all personally.
- The infrastructure of our college is also of an old type but gives a very homey vibe.
- The ground which we liked so much is now a house to construction which is not very nice .
Course Curriculum Overview
I took journalism hons. Because I've always liked writing and the course provides effective writing to change the perspective of the public. This course is for those who wants to tap the sources of media to reach out to public and create an impact over people through your articles in newspapers , voice on TV or personal channel on social media. The course can be more interactive by usage of more practical classes than theory and giving more professional assignments to students. Exams are held every six months after one semester is over and overall the difficulty level is easy to moderate.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees of my course is 22500 and in the beginning you'll be charged with a security deposit in accordance with the courses itself. Ews, obc, sc and st quota students can also available scholarships from the college
Campus Life
There are so many societies of our college like placement cell,bookclub, entrepreneurship cell etc which provides exposure to students and each society along with departments of subjects have their own fests . One yearly big fest of KNC is ullas which is very hyped. Our college is also good in sports and curriculum.
Admission
You need to give cuet in order to enter any du college. Cuet is an exam based on twelfth class subjects and syllabus and after the results cut off is generated on du website after which you have to fill in the college preference of yours according to the courses and colleges and freeze the allotted option if you like it or ask for upgrade in case you want . Cuet is held once a year . NTA needs to conduct the exam with better facilities and resources with fast results and admission process
Faculty
The faculty number for every course is different in KNC. In journalism hons. About 9-10 teachers are there on 50 students in a single batch . All the teachers have a PhD in there subject and are very friendly with the students. It is very easy to approach the teachers as every teacher is in the course whatsapp group which helps in interaction with teachers.
