Must know before taking admission

I chose the Btech course because of the availability of seats in CSE and because the university offers Btech at very affordable fees the most important thing is that the university is a state university. According to me, faculty members must give priority to practical knowledge and lab sessions because most professors don't take lab classes due to the number of students they suspend the lab classes and at the end of the semester they send the PDF of practical and code to copy it and submit the lab assignment just because of this the practical knowledge of students is zero, The mid-semester exam is held in the middle of each semester and the level of question lies between easy and moderate level and in the semester exam the question is also moderate level.

From 7th and 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement. companies like Pie infocomm, renault nissan, uptoskills, byju's, padhloindia, etc where visited for the campus selection, and only 2 - 12 students got selected out of 120+ and the package most companies offer starting from 2 LPA, and the highest is approx 6 - 9 LPA. I plan to apply off-campus because they must offer a better pack.

The semester fee for b.tech of self-finance is approx 40900 and the yearly fee is almost 83000, Here the scholarship is provided by up government if your annual income is below 2 lakhs your chances of getting the scholarship is 100% and the scholarship amount is almost 60 to 70% of your yearly fees

To my knowledge, there is no fest or event organized by the university itself but this year a company named Bioverse Technologies conducted an international conference at our university and they also organized a concert in which Karwaan Band performed. There are sufficient amounts of books available in the library and also you can access the university's e-library. in the classroom, you get a green board and a projector which never works, and an AC classroom which is only allowed in the first year, and from 2nd year you get a simple room with ceiling fans. If you are interested in cricket or volleyball you can join the university team there is also a basketball court where you can play. There is also a gym in the university which is never open for students only those students can access the gym who know the sports teacher and if you ask why we can't access the gym they start giving thousands of reasons

In each hostel room, you get 2 beds 1 Almirah 2 study tables and chairs, and a ceiling fan, and each room where allowed in double occupancy. according to me, the mess food quality is very very bad only in the starting few months of the new allotment they make normal food after that they start making the worst food the spices they use are very bad and the amount of water they add in each sabzi is seams like they are making the soup and also they are washing the dishes very unhygienically and there is always a shortage of plates in mess. I rate the food quality of Mess 0 out of 100. The yearly hostel fee is approx 12650 and the monthly mess fee is approx 2500.

Eligibility for the course you must score above 60% in 12th. you can find the application form on the official site of kmclu the fee is 300 for the general category and the application date is start from June. For admission, you have to take a simple exam which is conducted by the university and it is easy to pass that exam because the questions asked in that exam are the basics of the 12th and there are no group discussions or interviews for the admission process

Faculty members are amiable they always try to give their 100% and clear everyone's doubt not all but some of the faculty members are definitely very friendly and humble to students and they always try to teach from basics so that everyone can understand easily They give personal attention to weak students. again I'm saying not all only some of them have their characteristics.
