Likes
- college infrastructure and campus environment is very good and so calming around greenary . campus is in large area with lots of blocks
- for single branch there are more than 500 students of same year. if yow want more connections here easily available with the number of students.
- despite of courses and faculty campus life and environment is good.
Dislikes
- always construction work is going on which is very disturbing to concentrate on classes
- for every class we need to go to respective classroom that may be from other blocks also you need to roam all the day to shift classrooms without lift except 2,3 blocks.
Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum has different subjects and labs for every semester and in my point of view there is no continuation for subjects along with semesters. if you have a subject relates to another subject in an order it will be easy for students to master the courses. most of the faculty uses digital teaching that is projector bases they present using ppts no other resources used. i suggest to improve real time example in teaching which may helps students.
Internships Opportunities
mostly internships means paid trainings here, we need to pay for courses , if you need any internships you need to work hard and try yourself not depending on college as we dont get any oppurtunities. mostly courses like fullstack,java etc meant internships here.
Placement Experience
placements are not upto the university range, still many of us are not placed and trying to get placed . students who got placed are mostly placed in non it jobs like sales assistant, business developer roles with an average 3lpa . many of students are joining training centers with paying fee after paying lot of amount to college.
Fees and Financial Aid
for cse for every year you need to pay 2,20,000 in the staring of year only. if we dont pay total fee our attendance is not considered they dont give time to arrange money also. many students suffer with this problem. if you stay in college hostel the fee is separate for that. there are many hostels near college campus.
Campus Life
the best thing happens in this college is events. mostly 1-2 events is conducted in every semester grandly with some celebrities and singers. library is there you can use it for studying. large volleyball and tennis courts are there.
Admission
I have joined into college as i got a call from a faculty asking about admission and we need to submit the required documents that they ask they will guide us in admission as they need us. for karnataka studednts if they write kcet they can join throug that which ithey will have low fee.
Faculty
for example for a single cse branch 300 students are there excluding specalizations if it includes for for every year cse branch admissions are more than 700 students. the faculty are highly educated but their teaching is not upto the mark of university range. as they come from different places and students are also from different places , i think this is of reason. some faculty are really helpful if you reach them and they give any advises or suggestions if you need.
