I always wanted to do something different. Something that is not related to just cramming the books. I opted the nutrition field because I wanted to bring a chnage in society. With the help of my nutritional knowledge i can bring the most desired change in the society i.e. to make the society healthier and help decrease the morbidity and mortality.

Ou degree is quite good and beneficial not only on the profession basis but for the student himself too. All the professions in PAU are practical based. One can achieve so much in this University not only in thr academics but in co-curricular activities and sports too.

No, the university does not provide any kind of internship to outside students. It helps students to get internships outside the university if they want.

There is no in-campus placement. The reputation of the university is quite high in the society, so one can get a job quite easily. But the students have to find the job on their own. It is also based on the student's personal knowledge and confidence.

The university organises youth festivals and athletic meets every year giving an opportunity to writers, painters, poets, artists, actors, dancers, speakers, debaters, sports personalities hidden inside the students. Also gives an opportunity to take your talent to higher levels like intervarsity, national and international levels.

The fee structure is neither too expensive nor too cheap. The middle-class man can afford it based on his income. There are very fewer scholarships for general category students, but if you are from a category, you will have more chance to get a scholarship.

The campus life is very heart warming. Whoever takes admission do not want to leave the university. The ecosystem of the university is excellent. One can find peace on his own. One can keep himself in the number of extra co-curricular or sports activities all the time.

The hostel is good enough according to the expenses they charge. Hostel charges are only 5000/- per semester without food. Mess food is not so bad. Mess bill comes every month based on the number of diets you have ate. The overall of the hostels is good.

Yeah. The alumni of this University are settled in very good positions. They are quite helpful to the students.

The exams are held quite every month. The first hourlys, mid terms, second hourlys, practicals and finals keeps the student busy throughout the semester. In the semester of 4-5months student have to sit in exams thrice or four times. But is also helps the student in retaining their knowledge.

For admission in PAU, you have to give the entrance exam i.e. PAU-CET for bachelor's degree and PAU-MET for master's degree. It is a common entrance exam for all the programs in PAU except for B.Tech. Agri Engg. which is on the basis of JEE mains. For admission in B.Sc. Hons. Agriculture you have to get a rank below 100.

The faculty is quite helpful and friendly. All the staff members are highly qualified and very knowledgeable. Every student is assigned an advisor in the beginning of their college for the rest of their degree. They are like our parents on command along with us for solution to any problem.
