B.Sc. course and college life review at the MLSU university, University college of science (UCOS)

I have choosen B.Sc. (Botany, Zoology and chemistry) as my course and I would say it's a good course for a bachelor's degree. I don't think this had many day to day life engagement but if we talk about few specific jobs then it's really helpful.

The college has many seats from which most of them are government seats which are allotted to the students who got more grades in their 10th and 12th exams. The rest are SFS seats which are allotted to the student which got less grades. The SFS seats can be bought with fees but it also have a merit system based on grades. If I'm not wrong then the fees for it is 25000 rs.

There are many clubs for social gatherings and also the social life is pretty good. I haven't got any issue with this until now. The infrastructure is okaish. There are many gardens and open spaces which I really like.

Everyone who have 12th marksheet is eligible for the course. You can get the application from on the MLSU website. The application dates changes every year but the website can always keep you updated. The application fees is around 1000rs if I'm not wrong, I'm not sure about this but it's around the price. There is a reservation procedure too, for example, if a student from general catagory got 90% and someone from OBC got the same and only one seat is left then the seat will be provided to the student from OBC. This specific course doesn't have any entrance exam. The addmission process is actually very simple, you fill the form and attend the day of councelling to get the addmission, the fees is submitted the same day.

The teachers are really good at teaching and are very supportive and approachable. Many teachers are like elder friends though few are not as friendly. There are many teachers and it really helps when there are a lot of students on the campus. Everyone have their own teaching styles and it works for me.
