Entrance Preview
This is one of the biggest colleges in India. The college has its very good name all over the world. The very old college in Coimbatore established in the year 1947. The college is located near Coimbatore international airport. It was a wast surrounding about 1km.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very good, and it is based on our skill. This course is more in practicals. This course has more than 6 types of practical labs one is production lab, service lab, housekeeping lab, front office lab, bakery lab, etc.... Then every day we have a practical class. In each semester 3 practical labs will teach.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, our course provides an internship every year. The internship will be there in 5-star rating hotels, In and around India.
Placement Experience
Every student in our course has placed all over the world. In star hotels and our alumni's are there in the post of CEO's and MD.....Every year many companies will be visited and have given job opportunities to the passing out students. Mostly star rated companies will be visited our college.
College Events
In our college, we are celebrating more than 100 functions a year like Pongal celebration, Onam celebration, heartbeat, Inauguration for freshers, exuberance, nallabagam, photography events, etc... Many VIP's will be visiting our college during functions. Many celebrities are started their carrier from our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees will be paid once a year. Many of them are thinking the fees will be more than another college. But the fees are very low when compared to another college in Coimbatore. The payment of fees will be through online payment on logging into the student account.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, our college is providing a scholarship for the students who are good in studies. And they will arrange some loan facility for the students
Campus Life
Our college campus will be more enjoyable and this is ragging banned college. No ragging will be there in our college. There are many extracurricular activities are there, more sports too, labs will be equipped with costly equipment. The best lab facility will be there.
Hostel Facilities
The only drawback in our college is boys hostel and the food provided by them. The students in the college hostel are complaining and protesting against the college to provide a good food but the hostel room is not that much bad to stay. The hostel has ground for playing.
Alumni/Alumna
Our alumni's will be more helpful to us. Our staff will be there in contact with all the passed out seniors. They will be more helpful for us by providing a job in their companies.
Exam Structure
There will be a 4 CA(continuous assessment) and 2-semester exams in a year. And also the practical classes included. The hall ticket will be published on the online page of the psgcas website(www.psgcas.ac.in), the students should enter their roll number and date of birth to log in to view their hall ticket.
Admission
I got the admission on merit basis. Only if we score good marks we can be able to get the admission. For some course, we don't need more marks to get admission. For getting admission we should submit our Mark with the admission form which was filled by us, and provide the originals when we admitted.
Faculty
The faculties of our course are more interested and they are well educated. Each and every staff in our department have finished their graduation in foreign countries and have an industry experience of over 5 years. And every staff is more friendly with us and helpful even in our personal problems.
