- The infrastructure of campus is nice, plus it got the first ios lab in north india
- The facilities are friendly to neutral, classrooms have centralised air conditioning and projector screens for better learning environment
- Lits of green areas for some break, and the cafeteria is big too
Dislikes
- The rush between classes is hectic, it becomes hard for the students to travel from one building to another
- The campus is on yamuna expressway, 11km away from the central greater noida
- The crowd to area ratio is very high, in events and functions, you can barely walk
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is designed in a way that even for an average student, it is easy to get understand. Online assessments, and two written offline exams in a semester, makes it possible for the students to focus on their extra curricular activities too
Placement Experience
Employment rate is good here in galgotias university. More than 75% of the students gets placed every year. It's just that you have to maintain your sgpa score and focus on your skills, be it coding, web development, or anything that suits you. The placements will not disappoint the students if he/she is capable enough
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fees is 1,59,000. It includes exam fees of 10,000. You can also apply for UP scholarship, which will aid u in ur tuition fees. There's also education loan which u can take, it will also help the students who can't afford their fees. The placements are good here, as long as u're maintaining your sgpa and skills. Companies like JP Morgans come here for the placements
Campus Life
Campus life is bright here, you will never forget these 4 years in your whole life, and they'll end in snap too. From cultural fests, sports events to movie promotions by Bollywood celebs. And in these events, you can enhance your skills of event hostings, management, etc. the university gives you opportunities, you need to have that hunger, that's it. The social groups like management, coding, sports, painting, hackathons are also here. There's an open vacancy every year, and first year students gets in.
Admission
The admission process is a cakewalk. You just have to fill online form. If you're doing it in campus, then there will be a dedicated faculty to guide you. For admission in BTech cse, you need minimum of 60% in PCM separately, or by UGC net, through cut-off
Faculty
The faculties are in adequate quantity, there's always two to three teachers dedicated to a subject. I personally have never felt any absence of faculty in my classes. The teaching pattern of faculties depends on tha catching Power of the student, some gets is, some might not. But overall they try hard to teach each and every student of the class equally
