Overall the college is quite a good college and will guarantee you a job after you pass out from it.

I opted for this college as I was having a keen interest in hotel management.it is also a good college and ranks among the top 10 colleges for hotel management all over India.it also has excellent placement among the top hotel chains in India and world.

The course of the college is somewhat easy as compared to engineering colleges. Throughout your 3 year course, more emphasis is given on practicals than theory. As this course mainly focuses on practical knowledge.there are four core subjects which are taught throughout the three years.

In Institute of hotel management Bhopal we are sent to an internship in the second year in 2 batches.it is compulsory for all students to go for industrial training.

Our college has a very good placement in hotels, as well as retail sector.there, are companies like the Oberoi, Marriott, Jaypee, Radisson, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Mc Donald's, Faasos, the Leela, ITC, Air Asia, Ashoka, Taj, for placements and most of the students are hired from the campus itself.

There are many cultural festivals celebrated in the college at different times in a year. there are various festivals like international tourism week under which various competitions are held .also many cooking competitions are held throughout the year.

The fee structure is quite feasible the fess is approximately a lakh per year.there are any scholarship for other backward classes, scheduled caste and scheduled tribes students.at time of admission for confirming your seat, you have to pay ?40000 through the online transaction and the rest in the second semester.

Study loan is offered by the state bank of India. many scholarships are also provided for students who are obc, sc, and St.

The campus life of college is quite amazing.there is no politics among the students most of the students are friendly to each other.there is nearly 60:40 ratio of boys to girls.the only bad thing about the college is that it does not have any sports ground.

The hostel is average with respect to the relevance of the college.fees of a hostel is ?48000 per year which includes dinner for all the seven days and breakfast and snacks for all the seven days and lunch for Saturdays and Sundays.the food served is of average quality.

The alumni network of the college is quite strong. The senior is very helpful to us. They help us whenever we are in need.

There are 12 exams throughout the three-year course. there are only two exams in a semester first are the midterm examination followed by the end term examination. also, practicals exams are conducted before each end term examination for each subject.

For getting admission in any of the IHM's we have to appear for an entrance exam "NCHMCT JEE" .and the admission is based on the rank you secured. after the result is declared you have to go for counseling at any nearby institute affiliated to NCHMCT for physical reporting.choice of college is done through online counseling. Then you have to report to the allotted institute.

The faculty of the college is quite good. they friendly as well as helpful.all the faculty members have excellent knowledge about their subjects.we can feel free to assess them anytime with our doubts. They, all are highly qualified and good in their approach towards students.
